Loved everything. Rooftop pool was amazing . Beds so comfortable . Staff were absolutely wonderful
Would have loved to eat breakfast outside but there was not anywhere outside to sit .

Superb location, staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.
Smells great, fresh flowers at reception daily.
Pool and roof terrace are fantastic spaces to be.
Drinks are a little pricey.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location - near the train station and walkable to all the sights of Florence.
Very small things but the rooms weren’t particularly soundproof and the pool is only small (however we didn’t actually use it and thought the rooftop area was gorgeous in the evening for drinks)… drinks were very expensive though, compared to some surrounding restaurants.

This hotel was totally dreamy. From the rooftop pool to the lobby bar to the comfortable rooms to the location, it was a truly wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

the hotel's location was amazing. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything was clean and pretty. Our only concern was that the cold water in the bathroom was not really cold but rather lukewarm. That was inconvenient. We were there for 2 nights and did not have a chance to even ask about it.
