This hotel was totally dreamy. From the rooftop pool to the lobby bar to the comfortable rooms to the location, it was a truly wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again.
Honestly I can't really think of anything!

the hotel's location was amazing. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything was clean and pretty. Our only concern was that the cold water in the bathroom was not really cold but rather lukewarm. That was inconvenient. We were there for 2 nights and did not have a chance to even ask about it.

Good
Nice location. Staff fantastic.
Breakfast and coffee were just ok/good. Roof+ pool were a nice bonus and why we chose this hotel. Expensive and on par with other places we stayed where the quality of everything was just better which is why we rated it good not great. For the pool and location I'd stay here again.

Very Good
Beautiful location and property. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The food menu was limited and expensive. Additionally was not a fan of the Caesarsalad but I suppose that is just preference.

First I liked the location in Santa Maria Novella (in the center). The hotel is so nice, luxurious and elegant. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The room is so clean and nice. The breakfast is good and delicious and so many varieties. I would definitely come back.
Really no negative to say.
