The staff really stood out. Mostly during breakfast. They worked so hard to please everyone. The breakfast was by far the best variety I have seen at a hotel in Europe to date. And we have been to 21 countries in 1 year. Rooms were comfortable.
Limited parking. But they managed to accommodate us. Which we appreciated.

The restaurant breakfast staff were awesome! They were quick to pick up empty plates and clean the tables. They were also patient when breakfast time was over. They even were kind and thoughtful to bring me a birthday souffle with a candle.
Bathroom was terribly too small. The 2 shower heads are malpositioned in that when the overhead one is turned on, it sprays on the floor and because the shower doors only open a small amount, you get completely wet before completely stepping into shower. Also you can barely reach the shower knobs to turn on from outside the door. The shower head is also separated from the ceiling; caulk is needed. The sink is very small with little space for toiletry items/bag. The toilet and bidet face each other within a knees touch.
The morning noise and God- awful smell from the apt complex next door, awakened me at 0700 every morning :-( Lastly, the room was fairly warm. Although we stayed in Dec, it was too warm for 45 Celsius, We turned off the T-stat but it did not change the room temp. The USB by the bed was broken; only one outlet to charge phone,.

Everything from service until the great service everyone gives. The receptionists were super helpful. We arrived very late to the hotel with 10 guests and the receptions manage to get the restaurant to cook for all of us. The food was great and tasty. The restaurant is very elegant and the severs were very professional and polite. The breakfast is a buffet with everything you can eat with fresh food and exquisite options. The hotel has great charm and elegancy. I gladly recommend this place . Everything was perfect.

The staff is super nice and extremely helpful. We visited from another country and didn’t know anything about the area they were so sweet to recommend places to eat and places to visit within an half hour drive. The staff even assisted me with my drinks to the room because I couldn’t carry everything.
The only thing I had a problem with was opening the patio door. Housekeeping had to assist and the handled appeared to be broken.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and the room was spacious, clean, and worked perfectly for our needs.
We had a sewage issue with the toilet that was solved quickly, but was something to manage for a few hours and involved deciding whether or not to move rooms. Our second night was disrupted by the sounds of children screaming from 11:00pm to 1:00am from a room near ours.

Location. It was a 20 min walk to the downtown area.
Breakfast. We would have appreciated a hot offering - omelette, oatmeal.

Great room and service was excellent.
Breakfast looked amazing, but each time we had it, the foods that should be hot/warm were cold. Would have been great if food was at the correct temperature.
