Wonderful
The hotel was very clean, staff very helpful and is in a great location for where I needed to be. The breakfast was exceptional and spoilt for choice. Heathy and good quality food that is better than some 5 star hotels in the UK. The room was so clean and nicely furnished. Though on the smaller side it was enough for me. Bathroom very clean and maintained this way through out my stay by lovely staff. They had plenty of towels, slippers and bath robes. Air con was great, and anything I wanted, I found the reception staff very happy to help with question or requests that I had.
They did not have iron in room, you had to go to an ironing room with one iron in it. Luckily no other guests were there when I needed to iron. It was not a deal breaker but it was very inconvenient bringing
wedding out fits from 6th floor to the ground floor.
There should be a manual in how to operate the air con as when it was too cool I had to ask reception to send to someone.

A fantastic clean and well run property. The new shuttle service to town is helpful. Every member of the staff team were friendly and made our stay lovely.
The WiFi was not great. I booked an executive room so I could relax on the balcony but the WiFi did not work past the door and was at times not available in the room. I was very disappointed but did not complain because every thing else was fantastic.

The shower half glass shield did not do well to keep water from getting outside of the shower and onto the floor. Definitely would not deter me from staying here again and nothing that a towel can’t fix, but something to consider as it can make floors slippery.
