The hotel has a perfect location, close to the main tourist attractions. The lobby is lovely, and everything is clean and well-organized. Breakfast was delicious and very complete, and the staff was polite and helpful. The rooftop offers an amazing view!
The room is small, especially with two twin beds, but typical for the city.
I was on the second floor, with a few steps in the corridor, so it may not be fully accessible for everyone.

The hotel located in the center of the city with historic atmosphere and memorable landscapes from the top bar of the hotel.
The room is not big enough for two persons, and some facilities need to be upgraded, for example the wood floor of the room.

We have stayed here a few times and staff, location and facilities are great … roof top bar is maybe the best in town
There were three of us … plenty of room and comfortable but sometimes it’s a little thing that annoys me… room service only left 2 tea bags each day …

They need to upgrade their safe. I have to ask multiple times for the staff to reset it because the code never worked. I ended up not using it.
Also, I asked the hotel staff for a hotel doctor for my husband, she did call for one but forgot to mention that the doctor wants cash payment only.

The room was vey nice and clean. The rooftop lounge was enjoyable to have a drink up there with the scenic views. The staff was friendly and kind.
Our tv did not work. The staff came up but said they would need to get a technician to fix it the next day. So, unfortunately, no tv the time we were there. Also, I had a car which was challenging to get in front of the hotel for valet parking which is very small and someone was in the spot when we first arrived so we had to drive around very busy streets until available.

The location was great, 5 minute walk to the Duomo.
Where do I start?…Our stay was bad from start to finish. There is no shuttle service, when I called to inquire about shuttle service the front desk replied rudely that no they do not offer shuttle service. Our room was dirty, dingy, and poorly maintained. The entire hotel is dingy and poorly maintained. Our door handle broke off in our hands as we opened the door to our room. The shower leaks out of the bathtub and floods the floor, the bathroom sink drains very slowly and is plugged up. The pillows were old and completely flat, and the bed is extremely hard. There is 1 barely functioning treadmill, a few hand weights, and an elliptical that must be over 25 years old, the “fitness room” is in the lobby and is the size of a walk-in closet.
Upon leaving, the front desk personnel looked on impassively as my family struggled to get out of the front doors with all of our bags, finally my 5 year old had to hold the door open- keep in mind the front desk is about 3 feet away from the doors.
The staff was rude and unwelcoming. No smiles or pleasantries. But most of all, the hotel is just very run down and dirty. Oddly placed hallways and stairwells in the midst of hallways, which made taking our bags to and from our room very difficult. I would not stay here again and would highly recommend anyone considering it, to look elsewhere. The prices are extremely high for what you get- the photos are very misleading, and the property is about the level of a rundown, shabby Holiday Inn.
