The facilities were ok.
Central location.
Easy to get to from train station
Room good size - but we had been 'upgraded' on arrival.
Lovely view from dining room/bar
But the hotel in general was a little tired. The carpet on the stairs was very thread bare. Staff nice. Glass sliding doors at the entrance were very slow to open, and I walked into them one day, banging my head badly. There was also a very noisy conference/meeting on one afternoon/evening which was very frustrating when trying to rest
Noisy group on roof top bar were not asked to quieten down so we had to move outside for some peace.

Wonderful
A wonderful historic hotel in a brilliant location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable and the mini bar was very generous, with complementary drinks other than water as well as crisps and biscuits. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic view.
It would be helpful to have a mirror in the room other than in the bathroom. The pillows were quite flat.

The hotel was really accommodating with my room request. They gave me a lovely room with a huge bath. I love the history of the hotel and that it is still privately owned. Location wise it is close to most hot spots.

The room felt very luxurious and the bed was very comfortable! The architecture of the hotel was very impressive and felt grand and made the experience unique. The location was perfect

We had already stayed at the hotel and as we had a wonderful time we decided to stay at the grand hotel baglioni again - and it was even better as the hotel has been totally renovated, its location is just perfect and the staff is outstanding

Great location and beautiful old hotel
Found reception staff to be very cold, seam to be common across all staff working at front desk. We went up to bar on top floor, staff literally ignored us, they were to busy talking to other staff whilest making out at the bar. We had 1 drink and left. Rest of the staff were friendly.
