We had already stayed at the hotel and as we had a wonderful time we decided to stay at the grand hotel baglioni again - and it was even better as the hotel has been totally renovated, its location is just perfect and the staff is outstanding

Great location and beautiful old hotel
Found reception staff to be very cold, seam to be common across all staff working at front desk. We went up to bar on top floor, staff literally ignored us, they were to busy talking to other staff whilest making out at the bar. We had 1 drink and left. Rest of the staff were friendly.

Location was perfect. Right by the train station. Walking distance to all major sites.
Breakfasts were very good with lots of variety.
Staff was very nice and helpful.

Gorgeous and spacious room, with 360 view of Florence and rooftop bar overlooking the Duomo, located near the Santa Novella train station and church with 10 min walk to all major sites.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful!!! So many options and very tasteful!!!
The temperature of the room was marginal. We stayed when the temps were in the 90’s and the room didn’t refresh us. The lobby was the coldest spot!! There is no room temperature controls..

The hotel is glamorous and very well located for travelers. The rooftop lounge provided a wonderful view of the city.

We were able to get connecting rooms which was a bonus. The rooms were decent sized and had an amazing view. The breakfast was wonderful. There were so many options. We had to leave at 5:30am and the staff had a boxed breakfast ready for us to take. The location can't be beat. A quick walk from the train station and many attractions. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Easy to access public transportation and major attractions. Room was large! Breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar was fantastic.

We liked everything. Exceptionally beautiful old building very near everything and easily walkable to the Duomo. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Restaurant has the best view of Florence and restaurant staff were exceptional.
