The hotel itself is a elegant historical building, very well maintained and high-class. I really enjoyed the breakfast with the stunning view of Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore! The room was cozy and classical beautiful, staff was nice and kind. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend!

I travel a lot, but this hotel was one of the best!!! Room, staff, service, breakfast - everything exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

The location. The breakfast room and breakfast.
The staff were incredibly hostile. Always grumpy and at times aggressive. I do not recommend.
Aside from this the room i stayed in at the garden side was small, outdated and uncomfortable for the price paid.

If you are travelling throught Italy Air, Fast Train, Bus, and continuing to other places, excelent place to be. Is steps away from Florence Train Station so you get to the hotel quick. Rooms are top and so nice. Hotel is spectacular. Seems to be a shinny old and modern museum. They keep your luggage after check out. Great!

Great location very close to the train station and The Duomo. Restaurant was outstanding and beautiful view of the city. Very clean and well appointed hotel.

Grand old lady is the best way to describe this hotel. Great value for money and very friendly staff. Breakfast was superb. Only 200m from the station, and using the subway tunnel made it a breeze to get to the hotel from the station with all our luggage. Within easy walking distance of all the major attractions.
The shower in the bathtub required some dexterity to use.

Centrally located, inoffensively reappointed grand hotel. Wonderful roof terrace and views.
Not the warmest reception. Heating control broke leaving me to freeze over night. No recompense was offered.
