Very Good
Location was great, roof top bar was very nice outside and staff was very nice.
Our room smelled a bit moldy and so did the fan air conditioner so we left it off, thankfully we had a window to open. Would have been nice to have breakfast included in our rate instead of an extra cost so we went out instead.

Location of the hotel
We had to walk through narrow corridors and steps to reach our rooms.
Inside one of the rooms were three steps between the bathroom and the room.
We hear water draining and toilet flushing from rooms on higher floors above us.
Can't control the AC from inside the room; we had to call the front desk to turn the AC on or off.

Location. It was extremely convenient to get to from the train station. There a plenty of parking garages within a 5 min walk if you have a car. The view from the restaurant area is amazing.
It is a huge hotel, but it was very quiet. The staff were all very polite and helpful.
Beautiful old building but the AC and HVAC was not very good (you can tell when you walk into the lobby - there is a musty smell). They provided fans in our rooms which helped to keep things cool. We had 3 rooms and the vents in all 3 were caked in dust. It was quite evident the HVAC system has been neglected.
The shower in my bathroom didn’t have any glass or a curtain so water would inevitably splash out on to the floor.

Wonderful
We were able to get connecting rooms which was a bonus. The rooms were decent sized and had an amazing view. The breakfast was wonderful. There were so many options. We had to leave at 5:30am and the staff had a boxed breakfast ready for us to take. The location can't be beat. A quick walk from the train station and many attractions. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The reception helped with an adapter for an electric plug. They also switched off the air condioner in the room when asked so.
At the breakfast the carrots were not cooked enough, nearly raw. Also the sausages were of minor quality. Also the scrambled eggs were not even cooked.

Across the street from the train station- there is actually an underground walkway which avoids stairs once you know about it. Rooftop outdoor bar at Sunset was beautiful, but pricey. Breakfast was wonderful (always ask for the cappuccino from waitstaff rather than pre made coffee.)
Lobby entry was odd with tinted sliding glass doors a little disorienting until it slides open.

Hotel staff were not helpful and the front desk staff seemed not to care that our room was hot and the A/C struggled all night. When I asked to change rooms to a higher floor (we were on the 2nd) and with an AC that worked better, my request was denied. In addition, I had booked a "Superior" room thinking the room would be nicer, but the room was less than mediocre with windows and shutters that did not open. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. If our stay was longer we would have moved from that hotel.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Easy to access public transportation and major attractions. Room was large! Breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar was fantastic.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was extremely nice, the breakfast was great with good variety, and staff was great. Also the hotel's location in the heart of the city meant the city's attractions were a short walk.

The staff were "polite"
The soundproofing in this hotel is terrible. We struggled to sleep at all until around 3am when outside settled down. Given the price of the hotel, I wouldn't stay here until this is fixed.
We're not sure if every room was like this, or whether the member of staff who checked us in put us in a room and was sneaky about it. Either way, there was a bit of dishonesty somewhere here.
We also didn't see a view of the basilica. We saw a view of the street where all the noise was.

Pleasant
Location and rooftop restuarant were fantastic.staff was good.
Restuarant food was just OK, breakfast the same. The room lighting was a little dark. The flashing red safety fire alarm lights above the bed are not good.
