Central location close one train station and lots of cafes close by.
Very friendly staff
The bathroom design needs some improvement. No space around the sink. No place for soap or toilet roll holder. The shower was not practical to use. If you used the hand held shower nozzle, water went everywhere. No grab rail either in the shower which is not safe for older people.

First of all, the staff was amazing! They were nice and helpful, they deserve 100/10! ✨️
Our room was clean, had everything we needed.
Breakfast buffet was average good.
Location was amazing, everything is in walkable distance (even bus and train stops are near)
The bathroom could use a hand towel rack/hanger

Location was pretty good; decor was comfortable but a bit dated
Hordes of males (possibly cab drivers) congregated near the entrance to the hotel. Didn’t really want to move as we needed to get though

It is very unusual for me to have no real comments to add for improvement of a hotel. This place is in a great location, easy for walking around Florence and getting to all the main tourist areas. The staff were very efficient and friendly, spoke English well and were only too happy to ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible.
