Where do we start. We would like to thank Matteo and David for their hospitality and extremely helpful information about the surrounding area and city center. It makes such big different impressions for our trip in Italy. The hotel location is perfect for my husband and I. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and yet walking distance to the most attractions. I think the most important is their personal people to people service. This is certainly a stay we would like to come back during our next visit. Thank you Matteo and David!

The B&B is located just a short walk to the centre of Florence. We liked that it was in a quieter area with plenty of really good restaurants nearby which Matteo and David assisted us with recommendations and booking. We had fabulous food everywhere we went.
Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay

Florence is a mad place as it is far too crowded ( I think Stanley Tucci must shoot his travel shows at 6am). But if you want some of this madness then Villa Landucci is a good place to stay for a few reasons. (1) It is outside of the main tourist area, which means that it is more sane, the local restaurants do not charge an arm and a leg and it is quiet (we had a small sitting area outside of our room which was great of an evening) and (2) If you have a car VL has a perfect car park which is locked and safe. The staff at VL are very welcoming and eager that you enjoy your experience in Florence. Breakfast is a simple fare but it is nice and you get the chance to talk to your fellow travellers.
This is not a negative comment on VL, but in Florence you need to save your energy for walking around and dodging tourists, bikes, e-scooters etc. so my advice is that unless you are very fit then I would not walk on but take the number 6 bus all the way to the Arno. Bus travel is cheap and they can get crowded ( especially the C1,C3 etc) but the 6 is big and you can rest until you get to the centre.

Matteo was very knowledgeable about the city, places to visit and eat even arranged Taxi service for me, very courteous and arranged a tour to Sienna and Pisa, I would stay there again, the place was historic and had a aura about it, the deco and furniture matched with the age of the building.
My Flight was Cancelled in the US due to Hurricanes was a day late wish could get a break on the price.

We had a truly fantastic stay in Florence at this charming villa, and it became all the more special by our incredibly welcoming hosts Matteo and David. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Matteo provided invaluable local tips for exploring Florence, including hidden gems and the best places to savor authentic Italian cuisine.
The villa's interior was beautifully decorated, blending traditional Tuscan charm with modern amenities. Breakfast was simple delicious italian, but also filled with cozy atmosphere from other guests and the host.
It felt like we were staying with a dear friends rather than at a typical accommodation.
In total, Florence was an unforgettable experience!

Villa Landucci is quite close to the city center and it has parking available upon request, at a convenient price for Florence.
The camera was very big, clean, we had everything that we needed. The staff was very polite: they suggested we do online checking in but made the time to highlight on the map the main attractions, restaurants, gelato shops and everything that we needed . They even helped us with a reservation for a restaurant. We also had breakfast there one day and it was good value for the money.

All of the above and the courtesy of the staff.
I was offered a parking slot, but was never told about the extra cost it entailed. the charging came as a surprise.

I liked authenticity of the place and also location.
Villa is close to old town centre and you could reach there by 15 minutes walk.
It is nicely furnished with regional style that gives special atmosphere. (I prefer places like this at least..)
Rooms are spacious and comfortable and face back garden.
Plus is also the possibility to book parking place. (on the side of the building next to the garden, but inside property's area).
Place is special and family like also thanks to the owner who advice on anything you might like to know about places to go and see, restaurants with the best food or even offer to help with table booking for dinner.
Villa Landucci is simply place to go to...

Wonderful
I loved that the B&B was a bit away from the main tourist area, yet extremely walkable to the center (proxy 20-35 min). I didn't mind, it's good to walk off all the food you're gonna eat! Room was a great size, nice big windows, full working AC, strong wifi connection, and my room was cleaned up every day - really appreciated that! I had a lost luggage situation at the airport and the host helped me find an open department store to grab last minute essentials. He had a lot of options and suggestions of things to do in the area. Shared bathroom had a decent size shower and water pressure was great. Cute garden area in the back! Felt the location/ B&B had great security and safety , esp for a young female traveler
Would have liked for there to have been a floor towel/bathroom mat provided. And told about the city tax that they charge per person/per day ahead of time - will not be included in booking payment.
