Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in Florence. I was a returning guest. Beautiful room, gorgeous bar area, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast.
Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order. The waterfall shower is wonderful and I was looking forward to using it again. Next time I visit!

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was amazing and the service also. They gave us a free bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon. The room was very clean and the entire hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. The staff helped us with great restaurant and tour reccomendations. They were available day and night at every second. The water was complimentary in your room everyday and my favourite part was the goodnight cantucci and lubally for every guest in their room. So sweet. The most amazing part has been the breakfast. Camille especially was so attentive to every one of our needs and made us coffee especially how we wanted it. I can’t wait to visit Florence again and stay here.

The staff were the best! Everyone was so friendly and kind. We had a problem with our room smelling and being hot. They took care of it immediately by moving us to a new room. They arranged our airport transports seamlessly. The staff that worked breakfast were such hard workers and so friendly. The breakfast was incredible and they even fixed us breakfast boxes for our early morning flight. We will definitely be back!!
Hot but they brought us a fan.
