Great location to shopping, restaurants and Duomo. I had a very early flight and they arranged taxi service and packed a take-away breakfast for me. Very sweet staff and excellent room service.

The ladies at reception - so pleasant and helpful. And the location! Perfect to get anywhere! Appreciate the ride from the airport too. Thank you providing wonderful memories for us. The hotel was above my expectations in every way.
The suite was absolutely wonderful, spacious, elegant, and very comfortable.
The Italian gentleman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and professional. He followed up with me one day before arrival and stayed in touch to guide me step by step on how to reach the hotel. During both check-in and check-out, he was always warm and attentive. One of the female reception staff was also very welcoming and helpful.
The staff who assisted us with the luggage, as well as the breakfast team, all contributed to making the experience truly memorable. Their kindness, attention, and professionalism made us feel genuinely cared for.

I recently stayed at this wonderful 5-star boutique hotel with my mother for four nights, and our experience was truly exceptional. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless, and the location could not be more perfect for exploring the city.
The breakfast was delicious every single morning, with a great selection and high-quality ingredients. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every member of the team was outstanding — extremely professional yet genuinely friendly. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.
A special thank you goes to the reception team, whose warmth, efficiency, and willingness to help turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. Their personal touch and attention to detail made all the difference.

Central location, very quiet even though it was on the Main Street, staff were so friendly and helpful. They greet you upon arriving with a cappuccino. The breakfast was good also with a decent variety. Room was good sized and clean.

We loved everything about the hotel! Location was perfect. Was pretty much a 15-20 minute walk to all major attractions. Amanda was very welcoming and helpful for our entire stay. We actually wished we had made this hotel our main base hotel and just travel around Tuscany for the remainder of the week.

Wonderful hotel! The staff made us feel so welcome! We had a large junior suite- split level room and it was absolutely perfect for my husband and two toddlers. There were two bathrooms and that was especially nice! We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Would absolutely stay here again!

Providing us an early get away bag of food was very considerate
The rooms were a little small.
We should have been encouraged to take a cab from the train station rather than walking. The cobblestone streets were not ideal for wheeling large suitcases.
