Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Although not located in the historic center, it really does take you only 3 minutes to walk to a tram-stop and arrive to the center in 15 minutes. Plus it gives you a chance to escape from the crowded old town and encourage you to explore other neighbourhoods in the area.
The hosts have taken special care in compiling extremely thorough visitors guide covering all the aspects from apartment appliances to the restaurants nearby or in the center.
A couple of tips for anyone planning to book this apartment - if you happen to need more than one bed, then please inform the host in advance so that they can prepare the linen for other beds as well.
Also, as I stayed there in October when the weather is not super hot (but pleasantly warm), then the beautiful tile floors can feel a bit too cold, so bring some slippers or woolen socks.

A spacious and spotlessly clean apartment, thoughtfully equipped with many details that are often missing elsewhere — plenty of clothes hangers, basic condiments, a well-stocked kitchen, ample bathroom storage with hangers and shelves, detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine, etc. Everything was carefully provided to make the stay comfortable.
The owner was also very attentive, even sending helpful information about the local strike.
The location is convenient — just three tram stops from the airport, and about a 15-minute ride to the city centre. For trips further afield, some walking is required. Nearby, there’s a lovely spot for a morning coffee and croissant, away from the bustle of the centre.
It wasn’t an issue for us, but advice for light sleepers is to bring earplugs, as some traffic from the nearby road and sounds from the neighbouring apartment (in the bedroom) can occasionally be heard.

Perfect base to explore Firenze. Apartment located in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tram is less than 5 minutes walk, arriving in the centre in less than 15 minutes.
The apartment itself is like a home from home and has everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Restaurants, supermarkets are within walking distance.
The hosts, Antonio and Francesca are very welcoming and very kindly left us some water in the fridge and a bottle of wine (grazie mille). Great communication with hosts who provide instructions to access apartment and a list of all amenities. They even provide shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes/toothpaste, tea, coffee and condiments.
We have stayed in many apartments in Italy, but this is one of the best. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is great. I booked it for my mother. I accompanied her to check in and took a tour. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the best private apartment hotel I have ever seen in Italy. The landlords Antonio and Francesca are very friendly and humorous. They warmly entertained us and told us everything we need to pay attention to in the apartment. They also left us a bottle of red wine as a gift, although we didn't drink it. When the door lock didn't work because of my mother's improper operation, Francesca quickly came to the apartment to help my mother. The landlords are really great. Thank them again!

Lovely owners, provided a list of things to do and recommendations of places to go (incl groceries), how the bins worked etc. made the stay very easy and relaxing. Super clean and had the basics like salt and oil. Generously gifted a bottle of wine upon arrival which was extremely thoughtful. Owners also showed up the ropes of the apartment to ensure we would be comfortable. Intense front door lock which was easy to use but felt very safe.

we travelled around Europe for 3 weeks and this is the best apartment that we have stayed. Antonio is very nice and I am sorry I forgot the lady’s name. she is very nice too. the apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need. he even bother to provide bread and coffee. just short walk to public transport so not a issue at all.
