Host was very good to us. We had to book this last minute as our Airbnb booking we booked and paid for 3 months ago was double booked - which we didn’t find out till we arrived at the suite.
Location wasn’t quite what we wanted but we found it easy to get to the central part of the city on the tram.

Everything was good. Specially the staff and owner were very kind, supportive and punctual. House was clean, and furnitures were nice and beautiful. We enjoyed and satisfied about living there. Next time we choose the place for sure.

The room and all property just renovated and extremely cleen. The host is very nice and gave a lot of good recommendations. The parking is 5 min from the place and cost 5 eur per day.
Could be some more shampoo and body wash in the bathroom.

The apartment locates in a convenient place. It doesn't provide parking, but there is a pay parking nearby, right next to the Conad supermarket, 20EUR for 2 days. It is only 2 mins walk to the tram station, from there we may access Florence city center in 15min.
The owner doesn't speak English, but we may communicate via translator easily.
Room is clean, cozy, and well equipped.
The address is a bit misleading, the address mentioned in booking is actually pointing to a Chocolate stall. The staff has nicely told me there were 2 No. 11 here and pointed us to the right one, which is just around 20 meters down the street.
The apartment is on 3rd floor without lift, a bit difficult to climb up with heavy suitcase.

with the Booking special offer the ratio quality/price has been fine.
Is located near Rifredi Florence Railway station, that is not in the city center, but very close to the tram line that travels in few minutes towards Santa Maria Novella Railway station and the historical center.
Furniture is of wood and the floor terracotta brick gives a warm atmosphere.
Excellent cleanness.
two little notices. the B&B is at the second floor of an old building, in very good conditions, with short step stairs and no elevator. Hence people with reduced mobility or with heavy baggage must evaluate it.
There are three rooms, one of these is on the side of the street, that in the morning could be noised due to the below car traffic.

Beautiful room with complimentary coffee and breakfast snack. Very friendly host. We couldn´t hear a sound from the other guests even though the kitchen is common. The tram station nearby was perfect for reaching the center of town. We also used a nice cafe and a grocery store nearby.
The rooms are on a street with quite heavy traffic at times. The noise can´t be heard inside at all, but if you go by car, then it might be hard to find parking right away. The host gave us information on a great value parking on the other side of the block.

Breakfast was more like a snack, but the hosts couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful. The location is outside the center for a taste of “real” Firenze, with cafes and transportation right nearby.

Other guests in check-in lobby were extremely loud, talking and cooking for hours making it impossible to sleep for a very early checkout flight.

For the first time in our life we had a very bad experience with the owner who made our staying really unhappy.
He was super rude and very difficult to talk to.
Also,to reach the room there are uncomfortable stairs,breakfast was the worst and luckily we stayed just one night.
We choose that room because we needed a staying in the same area, we really would not recommend this place.
