It was a very useful apartment. Filled with things that a traveler would need. Two separate bedrooms. There was an excellent eatery very nearby. Nice space, nicely equipped.
It was a little further from the Ponte Vecchio, than we have pictured. It was a solid 25 minute walk to the "old Bridge". Outside of that, an excellent place to stay while visiting Florence.

San Frediano is an amazing neighbourhood to live in. It's quieter than the old town, but so many restaurants & bars in the area. Also a short walk across the bridge to the other side. The apartment was tiny, but well equipped and we had everything we needed.

Nice and fully equipped apartment in a very close distance to the heart of the city and the best places to have a drink or a dinner. The style of the apartment has a french touch and it is cozy but spacious enough for a family of four.

Fabulous apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. Lots of options for eating out only a short walk away and the main tourist attractions of Florence around 20 minutes walk. The apartment is really nicely decorated and has everything you could need. Air conditioning was essential in the temperatures that we experienced and it kept the apartment at a very comfortable temperature overnight. Loved our stay here and would definitely use again if we return.

Gina is in a really lovely location and well located for being close to the transport links to the airport (tram) as well as the main attractions, but in a residential area where the locals live and hang out . the property also has all the mod cons including great aircon which is great in the heat of summer . And a nice touch to have the bottle of Chianti as a welcome note ! And the restaurant opposite (Burro e acchiughe) is marvellous for seafood too, open till late !
It was a bit dark (being cool comes at a price !) and the beds were not super comfortable. Could have done with more linens and more toiletries . none of that is a big deal - just some tips for next time . it was splendid value!

Nico and Manuel did a great job helping us get a cab to the airport and helped us find a covid testing place. Great location. Clean. Nice living room, kitchen, bedrooms. Comfy beds. Good A/C.
Provide olive oil and a drying rack for laundry.

Gina Guest house is a typical Florentine townhouse. Lovely and cool inside. Kitchenette is small but everything you need is there and works well. Beds and pillows all really comfortable. Both bedrooms have en suite shower rooms with excellently functioning facilities, although would be tricky for very overweight people. Much quieter than central city, great location with good food shops and restaurants. Only about 15 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchia and central station.
