The location could not be better! The room was lovely, the staff was so courteous and helpful, the breakfast was great, beautiful rooftop bar, etc., etc., etc.! This was my fifth visit to Florence and was my favorite place I have stayed! Loved the Feragammo touches!

Staff friendly, location excellent, rooms comfortable and spacious
Walls were a bit thin so noise travelled easily.
Breakfast could have been better for example there was no fresh fruit to have with my yogurt on the first morning (there was however the following day) the croissants were not as fresh as they should be, not crispy on the outside but quite soft and soggy which was disappointing,

Great location and helpful staff. Artistic and tasteful appointed breakfast room.
Bathrooms are small and difficult to manage. Lifts can’t cater for number of guests. Some more decorative ambience could be enhanced in the rooms.

We loved everything!! The hotel accommodation was incredible and spacious with every tiny detail thought of and the location was perfect - right in the middle of where one would want to be - close enough to walk anywhere and yet all that you need is right on your doorstep!
The Asian Fusion restaurant linked to the hotel (which we really wanted to try after seeing advertising on the hotel TV) was closed on both Sunday and Monday - although not sure if this is always the case?

The property was incredible, perfect location, great rooms, very Florence forward!
Slight criticism but it goes a long way for a bartender to be friendly and welcoming, especially with kids. We’re in the most beautiful wine country in the world. Not a great experience at the bar.
