The location is the best. Hotel is very smart. Rooms are nicely decorated and chic but small and the beds are really unfomfortable.

Fabulous location. Right in the middle of town and close to the square. Opposite the Pointe Vecchio. Polite staff and worth a visit.

Licstion, friendly and helpful staff
Rooms are far too small. We had two suitcases but only one real luggage rack and cupboards that were impractical and did not operate easily. There were not enough plugs. The bathroom featured an enormous sink but tiny toilet lost by bathrobes and a small shower that leaked. Bidet was near the only plug which was not used and seemed like a waste of space.

Breakfast was great, the best part of our stay.
The hotel seems old. Housekeeping doesn't do a good job on cleaning the room. You can see mold and rusty in the bathrooms. They have nice furniture but it seems they don't take care of them.

The location, the staff, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, big room, high quality amenities, valet parking.
We will definitely come back
One of the elevators was broken for all the period we were there. The acoustics were not so good.
