Location, location, location! It couldn’t have been situated in a better spot and yet still incredibly quiet. The hotel is staffed with welcoming and friendly people. Especially Mike who was always ready with a smile, an umbrella and solicited advice/recommendations. The rooms are immaculate and feel luxurious. The rooftop bar was lovely with a beautiful view. There will be no other place for me in Florence.

The property was incredible, perfect location, great rooms, very Florence forward!
Slight criticism but it goes a long way for a bartender to be friendly and welcoming, especially with kids. We’re in the most beautiful wine country in the world. Not a great experience at the bar.

Beautiful property, nice rooms and the staff was amazing. There was an issue with our 5am pre scheduled pickup to the airport and the person at the front desk, I wish I had written his name down, tried to contact the company we booked through and when he couldn’t get a hold of anyone, quickly got us taxis. We also asked for a bottle of sparkling wine late the prior night and it was quickly set up for us in the library. We just had the most amazing experience.
