Beautiful views from the roof, excellent location next to ponte vecchio yet a very quiet street. The bed was so incredible comfortable and the staff was so helpful.

Location, location, location! It couldn’t have been situated in a better spot and yet still incredibly quiet. The hotel is staffed with welcoming and friendly people. Especially Mike who was always ready with a smile, an umbrella and solicited advice/recommendations. The rooms are immaculate and feel luxurious. The rooftop bar was lovely with a beautiful view. There will be no other place for me in Florence.

The property was incredible, perfect location, great rooms, very Florence forward!
Slight criticism but it goes a long way for a bartender to be friendly and welcoming, especially with kids. We’re in the most beautiful wine country in the world. Not a great experience at the bar.

Beautiful property, nice rooms and the staff was amazing. There was an issue with our 5am pre scheduled pickup to the airport and the person at the front desk, I wish I had written his name down, tried to contact the company we booked through and when he couldn’t get a hold of anyone, quickly got us taxis. We also asked for a bottle of sparkling wine late the prior night and it was quickly set up for us in the library. We just had the most amazing experience.

Everything! The room was clean and beautiful, the daily breakfast amazing, the staff took care of all of our requests and went above and beyond. The beds were the most comfortable of our trip. Best location! Super convenient to everything, and on a quiet street. Great rooftop deck with views!

The location could not be better! The room was lovely, the staff was so courteous and helpful, the breakfast was great, beautiful rooftop bar, etc., etc., etc.! This was my fifth visit to Florence and was my favorite place I have stayed! Loved the Feragammo touches!

Staff friendly, location excellent, rooms comfortable and spacious
Walls were a bit thin so noise travelled easily.
Breakfast could have been better for example there was no fresh fruit to have with my yogurt on the first morning (there was however the following day) the croissants were not as fresh as they should be, not crispy on the outside but quite soft and soggy which was disappointing,

Disappointing
I liked the location of the property - it is conveniently in the center of Florence and you can walk to most of the main tourist attractions in ~10 minutes. However, it is a very busy area so I would caution those who would like to stay a bit further out in a quieter area to pick another hotel. I also liked the turn down service that the cleaning team provided.
The hotel was quite outdated - the carpets in the hallways and bedrooms were dirty / stained from foot traffic. The hairdryer outlet in my room did not work which was inconvenient. Most of the charging ports were also faulty. The rooftop drink prices were absolutely absurd - 18 euro for a glass of wine. Overall I do not think the hotel was worth the price we paid.

Lighting, repairs,shower door in second bathroom was so small,fire alarm went off at 11:20 and no explanation. Very expensive for what you received.
