Property was clean and modern
The hotel staff were very warm and helpful to us. We couldn’t find the hotel due to street closures and they came to get us! Everyone there was just great!
Will definitely come back the next time we are in Florence!

We had a lovely time staying here while we were in Florence. The location was great, right by the river and bridge. The rooftop had some nice views of the city. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with great coffee and very friendly staff.
I should have picked a bigger room since we were there for a few days. The room was very comfortable though!

Fabulous location and very friendly attentive staff. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom.
