This location was AMAZING! Still close to all the good stuff but not right in the middle of all the business of Florence! And the breakfast each morning was so fresh and delicious. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence :)

It was a lovely B&B in a good location. Guilia and Caroline were both helpful and very welcoming. We would recommend it to any visitors to Florence who wish to be in a quieter part of the city.
We had trouble locating the property because from the street, number 3 above the door looks exactly like the number 5. It is also a lot of stairs, especially when hauling suitcases, just be ready for that!

This was everything a B&B should strive to be: excellent, central location; communicative hosts; a warm welcome; beautiful decor; a full, customized breakfast; treats in the kitchen; and more. It was a great reminder to me of the difference between supporting a local business vs. booking an airbnb. We loved our stay and plan to come back.
We loved everything. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful
Large room with a big bed and a very nice size desk to work on. I did have an external bathroom which I was concerned about but it was not a big deal at all. The bathroom was big and close by. The breakfast was very nice with good coffee and almost anything you would want. There are steps to get up to the rooms but the steps are so worth it because once you are up in the room, big windows looked out onto the Arno and the Uffizi. This is a family run operation with a small kitchen always open to the guests - I could have tea at 2 am and coffee any time of the day. I recommend this lovely place on the other side of the Arno so that you can discover another part of Florence. Did I mention the high ceilings in the rooms? Bellisimo!
I didn't like that I had to leave :)

The property was very quaint and historic, with a view of the Arno River and a “peek-a-boo” view of The Duomo. I loved that it felt like you were in a private home, with access to a sweet little kitchen along with some snacks.
The B and B it’s self was perfect, however being an historical building, there wasn’t an elevator (which I was well aware of, and thought this 67 year old would be okay with. Lol) Thankfully, Guilia was very helpful with my luggage!?

Loved the location and the vintage vibe! The ladies/sisters were very sweet and super helpful.
Lovely old vintage headboard but this bed squeaks. :(
Also it’s quite a hard mattress. A long way up with luggage but we knew this when booking.

It was a beautiful place run by two amazing people. They were both very attentive, super friendly, and super helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we got to pick out what we wanted the next morning each day. Our room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable and nice.
Hard to say anything. Bathroom was not attached to room which was the only downside.

FuordArno is the perfect spot for staying in Firenze. The location is excellent, right next to the ponto vecchio. The rooms are big, comfortable and designed with taste. There is a cute little kitchen with water, orange juice, home made biscuits and the terrace is great for the breakfast.
We loved our stay here. And the owner was so helpful. We arrived by car and that can be complicated in Firenze with the ZTL-zone. But she helped us so well while we were on our way by explaining everything clearly via text messages. We were very stressed but the owner made us immediately feel at home and calm when we arrived.
We got the beautiful Bali room. Unfortunately this room comes with a separate bathroom at the end of the hallway. It is not a big issue but it is a bit less comfortable than having an ensuite.

Beautiful and authentic building and decor. Lovely and ever helpful host. Quiet yet 5 mins walk from the heart of the city and attractions. Help yourself coffee, juice available all day
Nothing but don't book if you can't manage 3 flights of stairs with your bags.

Giulia and Carolina were fantastic hosts, warm and welcoming and the interior design of the property with attention to detail was perfect. We loved the quiet location, within a very short and easy walking distance to all the main attractions and our room had roof top views of the Duomo.
The mattress in our room (New York) was fairly hard, but that is just a personal preference.
