Everything was perfect. We stayed for our anniversary, and they went above and beyond to decorate our room with rose petals, champagne, cake, and even left candles by the bath. The room was immaculate and so clean. We appreciated the turn down service and the consistently high level of service and attention. Cant wait to come back!

One of my favorite hotels to stay in. The location was perfect, walking distance from any where.
The Christmas decorations were a bit too much, I couldnt experience the Four Seasons architecture and interior because the decorations were obstructive.

quality services, the hotel was clean
for what it offers it is very expensive, to get to the spa or gym you have to leave the hotel, which is strange when you are wet, they don't have an indoor pool, the hotel is far from the center

My stay at the Four Seasons Florence exceeded my highest expectations. Everything was exceptional, and the service was better than anything I experienced. I will definitely come back again soon.
The hotel was far from the city center. However, they offered us a shuttle service to go there during the day.

Its my favorite hotel in Florence, the experience was outstanding and the service exceeded our expectations.
Everything was perfect but unfortunately every time we had breakfast we gave them our room number and they didnt tell us that breakfast was not included, and they made me pay 110 euro per couple every day for breakfast which is not worth it as we only had coffee! All hotels usually when they ask for your room number they respond if its included, if not theyll tell you we will charge you!

The hotel is like a museum, theres a nice photo to be taken at every corner of the facilities. It is definitely the best hotel in Florence and one of the best in the world.
