It was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bed was a bit hard, but they set us up with a mattress topper and it was perfect. Pool was a highlight for the kids. Bit of a walk to the main sites especially due to the massive construction that seems to be everywhere. Property was great otherwise and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was perfect to start the day.

Swimming pool great to have after a warm day walking around .
Nothing of note. Road works outside while they put the new team line in but that is not the hotels fault.

The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. The halls were up to date, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The entrance was open and attractive. We absolutely loved having the spa and pool. We both loved our massages. Wonderful to relax after walking for miles in Florence.
The staff were also absolutely wonderful. They were always helpful and went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us.

The construction out front was difficult and made the drop off confusing. If you have an Uber be sure they pull into the driveway and don’t leave you on the street with the torn up sidewalk… Totally not the properties fault but still something you will need to navigate. I did not love the laundry system. It seems like there must be a better way to pay for laundry than a complicated app…

It was beautiful. Clean, Modern, and very well kept. The 4th and 5th floor terraces are fabulous with stunning views. Plenty of spaces for all guests to gather and enjoy the incredible views. The Sauna, Steam Room, and Pool were exquisite! The wine card/dispenser was a terrific way to try different wines or have a glass. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Location was great, short uber ride or a beautiful walk to any of the main areas. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in Florence, don’t hesitate to stay here.

Clean, well located. Loved the amenities but unfortunately we didn’t have an opportunity to use them.
During our stay there was a lot of construction right in front of the property, unfortunately it also rained almost daily so it became very messy trying to get in and out of area.

Location is good. Property is clean. Front desk staff members were very helpful and very nice. The pool and sauna were relaxing and there were plenty of lounge chairs. There was a smart tv to watch Netflix.
The pool was only available until 18:00 after which you needed to reserve a time either from 18:00-19:00 or 19:00-20:00. The air conditioning was not available in March therefore we needed to open the windows to cool down the room. Unfortunately our room faced the busy road and there was lots of construction going on. It was very noisy with the windows open.

Spa area generally nice but too small. It was crowded and not relaxing. Outdoor gym is a nice idea, but area was very small and equipment old/eroded due to weather

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door. All of our needs were met without hesitation. The breakfast was amazing, as was the breakfast staff. Being located within a 20 minute walk of Florence's city center made this an easy choice of where to stay. Overall excellent experience.

The attendance were very good and took care of our every need.
The hot tub appeared to be a bit dirty by the end of the evening, which was when we had a hard time slot.
