The property is in a great location and a 5 minute walk from the start of the old historical shopping/dining area.
We mostly like the location because we drove there and it was easy access with a car and a place to park as well.
Everything was fine with the property, but the road construction in front of the property made it a little tough to find at first. Everything went well after that.

Great location, just slightly outside of the city centre. Our room was extremely spacious and we sincerely appreciated the complimentary bottle of local wine. Very kind and helpful staff. The rooftop view and balcony sections were absolutely incredible!!! So spacious and comfortable. Must be one of the best views of the Duomo and all of Firenze! A pleasure to use their facilities! Very helpful to have access to laundry, a pool, and drinking water (still and sparkling).
Wish the dry sauna was working, but all the other amenities made our time there worth it.

It had a beautiful view, was clean and spacious. The front desk was helpful in recommending food and calling cabs. The spa option was nice but we didn’t have time to use it.

Car park at property with 25 euro charge was very convenient.
Outdoor Chairs and sofa at the Roof area where we can sit with view.
Sofa bed not very comfortable but they put an extra layer on the mattress

The location of Forte16 View & SPA is convenient, and the shower in our room had good water pressure, which was a plus. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but we enjoyed grabbing fresh sandwiches and pastries from a charming pasticceria just around the corner.
We stayed in Room 201, booked for three people, and unfortunately, it felt quite cramped for us and all our luggage. The room also had a musty smell that made it feel less inviting. The biggest issue, however, was the beds—they were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I woke up every morning with back and hip pain. After a month of travelling through Italy, these were by far the worst beds we encountered.

Forte 16 was a fantastic choice for my stay in Florence. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooftop view was absolutely stunning, and the spa was a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient – just a short walk to the city center. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. the room was clean, all the utensils, cookware all in the kitchen looks new. they gave me a welcome wine bottle. bathroom is spacious. there were washing machine and dryer at the basement , u have to download the app to pay when usiing them. the staff were very friendly too. i would definitely stay here again when i visit florence again. superb!!
