The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door. All of our needs were met without hesitation. The breakfast was amazing, as was the breakfast staff. Being located within a 20 minute walk of Florence's city center made this an easy choice of where to stay. Overall excellent experience.

The attendance were very good and took care of our every need.
The hot tub appeared to be a bit dirty by the end of the evening, which was when we had a hard time slot.

The massage was disappointing.. the pressure was consistently too light, suggesting the therapist lacked adequate skill, which is unacceptable for the price of 40€, only for foot massage.

The gym is just a couple of machines set up outside. I didn’t try the spa, which is where the pool is located. Overall, it’s a great little spot—the front desk was excellent and the rooms were really nice. The only downside was an obnoxiously loud child down the hall. It seemed like the parents were used to a nanny handling things, because when I stepped into the hallway to address the noise, they looked unsure of what to do. It improved afterward, but I could still hear the child a bit. Aside from that, it’s a great place to stay.

The property is in a great location and a 5 minute walk from the start of the old historical shopping/dining area.
We mostly like the location because we drove there and it was easy access with a car and a place to park as well.
Everything was fine with the property, but the road construction in front of the property made it a little tough to find at first. Everything went well after that.

Great location, just slightly outside of the city centre. Our room was extremely spacious and we sincerely appreciated the complimentary bottle of local wine. Very kind and helpful staff. The rooftop view and balcony sections were absolutely incredible!!! So spacious and comfortable. Must be one of the best views of the Duomo and all of Firenze! A pleasure to use their facilities! Very helpful to have access to laundry, a pool, and drinking water (still and sparkling).
Wish the dry sauna was working, but all the other amenities made our time there worth it.

Car park at property with 25 euro charge was very convenient.
Outdoor Chairs and sofa at the Roof area where we can sit with view.
Sofa bed not very comfortable but they put an extra layer on the mattress
