Very Good
Location was perfect, walking distance to attractions, but far enough away so that it was quiet . Very clean, comfortable bed.

The host was very friendly and welcomed us in person. He gave us a lot of useful information. The location was amazing - at the center of the tourist attraction, but very close to local bars and night life. Check-out was a bit early, bit we had the option to leave out luggage in the apartments. The host left us also coffee. There was no noise from the streets or the neighbour apartment. I recommend reading the book for Florence left in the room.
The room was cold due to the central heating working during limited timeframe. We were in April and outside was warmer than inside. There was also moisture may be due to lack of air con.

Could not fault the stay. Our host was extremely accommodating and kind. The apartment was fantastic - well located, comfortable and with a well stocked kitchen also. Felt like a home from home.

The apartment was a good size, with a good kitchen and laundry to use over the five nights that we stayed there. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many cultural institutions and museums, cafes and restaurants, grocery stores etc. The host Niccolo’ was very helpful in showing us a map with all that we needed to know about Florence and the location of essential services, museums etc.
The bathroom is small with limited space to place your things however it was fine for a 5 day stay.

Nicolo' met us at the apartment and was very helpful with suggestions about the area. We tried two of the restaurants and they were both outstanding. Would stay here again!

Niccolo' met us at the apartment and was very welcoming and full of useful information. Apartment was quiet, clean and had all we needed.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy, I'm not sure if I was setting it wrong.

Great location, apartment has everything you need, you are in easy walking distance to most sights, lots of restaurants close by.
Would be handy and safer if there was a light in the stairway outside the main apartments door.

The property was well appointed, very clean, comfortable, quiet, and exactly what we were hoping for after a couple of less-pleasurable experiences elsewhere.
A particularly note-worthy feature of our visit was the agent - Niccolo - who waited (an extra hour as it turned out) to let us into the apartment and go through aspects of equipment and services use, security and local points and restaurants that might be of interest to us. The thoroughness of his brief and welcome was very useful.

I liked that the property was just barely away from the hustle and bustle and that the room felt very safe because of how many doors you go through to get to the room. It was equipped with almost everything you’d need. The bed was also very comfortable and the curtains were perfect to darken the room.
Nothing really! It was a lovely stay. The only suggestion I have would be to add a full length mirror. For guests traveling from all over it would be nice to see the outfit we put on and not just a mirror for our face.
One of the nights we were woken up by a screaming man who was belligerent. He was yelling for about 30 minutes and was arguing with someone outside. Not sure if he was drunk but he seemed like it. It was about 3 in the morning and then the police were there. It was a very big disturbance. Other than that it was a fine visit and we would stay again if we went back to Florence, but not sure we’d ever go back as we did not like Florence at all.

It was the perfect apartment with all the amenities we needed to stay for 5 nights. Walking distance from many restaurants and attractions in a quiet area. Very safe. Niccolo was an excellent host. He went over and about by giving us info on the typical Italian food, as well as recommending restaurants and a summary of all the attractions and their hours of operation. Very appreciative of that. He also made our taxi arrangements upon check out. I would highly recommend staying here.
