Very nice location. Walkable to almost everywhere. Dominique was very helpful by reaching out weeks before checking what we need in advance. He helped us book a good restaurant. He also helped us book a taxi to catch a 6am train at 4:30am which was super helpful. The room was well stocked including the bathroom and the kitchen. We had a good time there and hope to return in the near future.
If we could have checked in a bit earlier instead of dropping off our luggage, what would be wonderful. But we understood.

The location was extremely central and apartment was comfortable for the 3 of us. Domonique was very helpful and thorough as our host.
the heat was unseasonably warm (40 degrees) and would have challenged any air conditioning capability.

The loft itself is perfect - has enough places to comfortably sleep in for 4 people (parents and siblings aged 10 / 13) and share an evening together in the living room, prepare a light breakfast and be on our ways to sightseeing. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless. The building is charming and very safe. It is located a minute away from Pitti Palace, a must see collection of art. Our host, Dominique, was punctual, very friendly, and he helped us plan our stay.

Comfortable, clean, functional, superbly located and character full apartment. We loved the warm welcome from Frederique and all the care he put into making our stay extraordinary. We'll surely be back in Florence and I can only hope this apartment is available then!!

If I could rate the Florence Pitti Loft a 20/10, I would! The loft itself it beautiful, with all the amenities that one would need - and more! I traveled to Florence over the Christmas holiday, taking my parents for their first trip to Florence. The Pitti Loft was a nice, cozy welcome for them, as when we got tired from walking around, we could go back to the loft and recharge. It was in a perfect location - close to bars, restaurants, cafes and a quick walk to Ponte Vecchio. On top of that, Dominique was an amazing host! He goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests are happy! My parents and I toured Europe for 10 days, but a trip to the US War Memorial just outside of Florence was one the highlights of the entire trip. Dominique graciously arranged to take us there, showing us other spectacular monuments and sights along the way. It was a real treat to spend a day with him, as we learned so much more that we would've if we went on our own. He clearly loves what he does and he's so knowledgable! We couldn't have had a more enjoyable time in Florence. We thank Dominique and his wife for an amazing stay..I will be back! :)

The location was perfect for touring around the city of Florence. Everything was within walking distance. The owner was helpful with tours and places to visit. We rented a car and Dominique was very helpful in finding us a garage for parking overnight close to the loft.
The bed was a little hard for me, but my husband had no problem sleeping!!
