One of the nightlights in the back bedroom gave my husband a shock when he attempted to turn it on, we unplugged it

The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, air conditioned and in a very good and safe location. It was on the fifth floor but there was a small yet functional elevator so we were able to get our luggage up easily. Having a store on the first floor of the building was great because we could pick up a few items like bottled water and breakfast foods very easily. It had a washing machine which was very handy since we wanted to pack light. The property manager was very nice and met us upon our arrival and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. I spoke Italian with him but I assume he also spoke English. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book the apartment again.
This isn’t something I didn’t like but the showers are quite small and my son and husband are very tall so they felt a little cramped. My daughter and I didn’t have that problem and overall we thought the showers were fine with good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Excellent location right across the Ponte Vecchio. Elevator (though it was small) to get up to the 5th floor. Rooms were spacious and grand. Plenty of air-conditioning with a great kitchen and dining table. Our family of five was able to spread out among each of the three bedrooms plus living room area. Beautifully appointed with antique furniture and pictures on the walls. Very charming luxury apartment. Would recommend. Amazing restaurants and cafes around. Supermarket right downstairs for any needs.
Great communication on Whatsapp with the property manager, was able to arrange for pick-up of the keys easily. Very accommodating. However the keys and door locks for this room are still old-fashioned. Elevator was super small and cumbersome to use to get all of our luggage and stroller up, but doable.

It was extremely clean and large. There was a well appointed kitchen, and a living room.
During the last day of our stay, the staff was unresponsive about a question to extend check-out by about an hour or 2.

Fantastic location at one end of Ponte Vecchio.
Lovely apartment on the 5th floor, well equipped, super clean and tastefully furnished.
The kind of place that makes one wish to stay longer in Florence.
Very pricey even for the admittedly good quality. Runs upto more than a 100€ per head per night for a family of five.
Checkout at 10 am is strict - the welcome message says the cleaning crew will show up at 10.10 am. For us it was grudgingly extended by half an hour after a couple of requests, the last one using the Booking.com message feature.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Very elegant and had a large sitting area, rooms were good size. Kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated staff meeting us early and explained everything well. Apartment is conveniently located. Close to Florence attractions with a food store below and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Communication with property management could be better but didn't have issues on our arrival and everything went smoothly.

Location was perfect! Large bedrooms & plenty of bathrooms. Staff was easy to communicate with before our stay & provided helpful information. Gimmy who checked us in was incredibly friendly & helpful…privided supplies like water & hangers & extra pillows. Made sure we knew how to operate everything in apartment. Loved that there is an elevator. Great kitchen, well supplied.
Only 1 thing…no living room or comfortable area with furniture for our group to gather. Only place to gather was around kitchen table where chairs are not so comfortable.

Great location in Oltrarno by the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was very spacious so our family of 5 had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Food store in the bottom of the building was very convenient.
There was frequently an sewer gas oder that was pervasive in the lobby and first few floors. It did makes it way up to our floor but was not as strong. Not sure if this is typical or was just due to high summer temperatures.

This property was a beautiful surprise. The photos do not do it justice. We were a family of 6, and the accommodations were perfect. 3 private bedrooms with king beds, 3 bathrooms with showers, a large living room for relaxing. Very clean, excellent lighting, free wifi, A/C.
Would have liked a coffee/espresso machine for my husband. Also, the elevator is quite small, but that seems to be the standard for buildings of its age. Would have been nice if the name was on the outside of the building because we were not sure we were in the right place.

This apartment was absolutely wonderful!! The overall feeling everyone had in our group was the spendor & grandness of the rooms. This apartment was perfect for everyone to spread out & have privacy for one another. Unfortunately we only had a short stay in Florence. We really did not want to leave.

The location was great. The apartments deco felt very true to the town.
We were forced to check out really early o the next guests could check in early. The apartment has a few rooms and in the morning we realized the really great more airy rooms had been closed and we were given the more average rooms.
