Beautiful, quiet, well furnished and then perfect escape from the busy streets but still close to everything!
Upstairs neighbor very busy at 7a and 11p every night, but sound wasnt terrible and it is an apartment!

From the moment we booked the host was informative and kind!
You can not beat the location, the layout and size of the space! The common areas are wonderful!
We met with friends and loved that we gather and chat in a lovely space that was ours for the long weekend! Great way to have some downtime from the crowds on a busy weekend.

The apartment is exactly as pictured: it is clean, and well decorated. The location is fantastic- we were able to walk to the attractions. The host communicated very well, and was quickly available to help with a very minor issues that came up. You wont be disappointed in staying here.

We liked everything about this place! Silvia was really helpful, the location is excellent and the apartment is spotless clean and furnished with style. Amazing option for families and only 2 minutes walking distance from Santa Maria del Fiore!

The location, clean facilities and washing machine
Nothing like the picture. I paid for wont house suit, still didnt help, The narrow and steep staircase within apartment was really unappealing for anyone to go up and down especially if you are not very mobile, or with dodgy knees.The open shower outside the bathroom in everyones view. The single beds are so small, we are only very average size people, but had to wake ourselves up to turn or will fall off the bed, and your feet will be outside the bed end most of the night. The apartment is very small for 3 people as the downstairs is full with the sofa bed if its open, upstairs is just not possible to get a bigger size suitcase up there, so the space is not utilized.

Location, cleanliness, only 1 step into building with no steps after that, washing machine, quiet, bed was comfortable
I like rather cool sleeping so we opened a window which let some mosquitoes into the room.

The location of the Florence Art Apartments was great, only 5 mins to walk to the town square. Prior to arrival, the owner was available via Whatsapp and staff were available via Whatsapp during the stay. They had a nice arrival gift for us and they were flexible and friendly throughout the stay. The check-in/check-out process was easy with baggage storage.
Check-out was very early at 10am, especially considering the nightly rate. We had asked for and received a later check-out of 11am but the cleaning lady still showed up sharp at 10am so that was a bit annoying for us. As advertised and expected, the loft roof was low. My husband hit his head on the beam once or two.

Gorgeous apartment well appointed and fresh. Elevator, dishwasher, washing machine, aircon and bathtub. ensuite bathrooms to both bedrooms. Central courtyard with doors for air. Staff were lovely on arrival and cleaners pleasant on departure. Helpful staff booking taxi., Location is excellent with supermarket closeby, right down the street to the Duomo. Markets nearby.
outdoor chair was not great but thats being super fussy. Lounge area tight to get past with window open again no issue.

Easy to get in, nicely appointed, great location for bring central. Stagg friendly and accommodating.
This isn't anything to do with the hotel, just avoid the restaurant below. Worst food we had in Italy! Should have looked at the stars as it was rated a 2.6 out of 5.
