Very spacious and clean apartment with friendly hosts. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood and had good restaurants within walking distance. Not too far from the city center just farther than I expected because I didnt read carefully.
Be sure to look at the address. It was a little further from the city center than I anticipated but it was my fault for not looking closely. Actually was still a very nice location and super quiet.

There are apartments in more than one location, so do not be misled by the maps pin, the address must be checked before. At first I thought it was in a very far location, but it was not as far as I expected. Overall it was a nice experience.

Everything about the apartment is great! The location is close to the center with a public pay parking a nearby (City Parking) and a relatively quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. It looks newly renovated. The host, Alberto, entertained all our questions and was always quick to reply.

The apartment is huge, well decorated, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds were very comfortable. The ceilings are very high and you have a very open feeling about the apartment. The property manager was excellent. He helped us arrange transport to the soccer match and checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed.
The apartment is a little farther away from the main attractions that we had hoped. For those that may have difficulty walking it could be problematic. We have small children so wanted to stay closer to the main attractions and we thought this place was. It isn't terribly far, but farther than you may think. Plus there isn't a great deal of places open later at night since it's a residential area. If you don't mind those to minor items, the place is great. The other item is that you are on the ground floor which has a garden in the back. Even with all of the windows closed, we had issues with mosquitoes inside the house for our entire stay. It could have been the time of year as there was some rain while we were there, but we didn't have issues as we ventured around the city.

The location was good.
This was an older apartment and it has been a few years since the last full renovation. As such, the floor, bathroom, kitchen have reached the, difficult to clean, stage. The internet connection was weak. Our major complaint was the thermostat was set at 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) with specific instructions not to change the setting. It was damn cold. The heat worked, as it did come on once or twice. The setting was just too cold. The water pressure was low. It quit altogether one morning for about 20 minutes during my wife's shower. The oven didn't work and had been turned off at the breaker box.

This apartment is centrally located right in the heart of Florence. Everything was in walking distance to the apartment. The apartment was clean, the linens were fresh, and the bath towels were large. There were cooking facilities and a refrigerator and freezer. The apartment was a good size for our family of 5. Alberto was great with his communication for any questions we had.
With the location comes noise, the apartment doesn't have any soundproofing to it, so we heard constant stret noise until about 1:30am- 2:00am each night which made it difficult for us to sleep. Finding an outlet in the room to charge our phones was also difficult, as most of the plugs have 3 skinny prongs. There also was a price discrepancy in the city tax charge between what Booking calculated and what we were charged, but I reached out to Alberto and he was able to give us a price breakdown of the charge and explained the tax. It wasn't a big deal, but it was just something to be aware of.

Location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the Duomo and around the area were nearby museums, cafes, restaurants, etc. Everything was walkable from the place. There is a grocery store beside the place. The hosts Alberto and Francesco were very accommodating, friendly, and kind! They were very communicative since before we arrived until we checked out. Francesco helped us sort out a minor issue regarding the water heating which didn't work on the first day. Francesco was amazing! The room was also very spacious and it had everything that we needed. The balcony had a view of the Duomo and the city which we loved. We hope to return again and we highly recommend this place!!

Family loved this apartment, clean, spacious, unique. Location was amazing. Francesco met us with the keys at the agreed upon time and went above and beyond during checkin and checkout.
