This was my third stay at Firenze Suite, and as in the past it was wonderful. The location is terrific, close to the many tourist attractions, and surrounded by great restaurants, yet quiet. The staff is gracious and helpful. My room was large and comfortable and beautiful. I will always stay here when in Florence!

Great location and gorgeous room! Just beautiful! The patio was so gorgeous and
I couldn’t find the a/c unit or how to turn it on! That wasn’t much of a problem because we open the windows at night and was good weather! There was some mosquitoes but nothing crazy!

Arta, was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this room. Slippers a great added touch. A kitchen “cabinet” holding a frig, stove, coffee pot and all that you need for those items. Spacious bathroom with hot shower. The decor is beautiful and unique. We were able to leave our luggage before our train departure which allowed us to see more of the city. Again, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism and can’t wait to come back!

the architect and location of the place was perfect
it was too hot in the room most times of the day which then enables too many viscous mosquitoes which made it difficult to sleep comfortably

The rooms were unique and quite big! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to main attractions but it was a quieter area

Marta was amazing. So helpful and encouraging. We didn't arrive until 8 o'clock at night, and she made sure someone was waiting for us to welcome us and get us settled in. Our room was beautiful, felt historic and was very comfortable. It the perfect way to start off our trip in Florence. It feels so historic and lovely and it's literally less than a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo.

This was by far the prettiest room I have ever stayed in.
Arte and Sara were my friends by the time I left. ( 15 days!)

The location was wonderful, everything was right outside the door. The hotel was quite nice, the lobby and public space as well as our room. We wished we could have stayed a few more nights.

I needed help changing my car rental and the lady handling the front desk was very helpful. The room was very nicely decorated, very spacious and had a patio courtyard (perfect for a romantic evening glass of wine at the end of the day). The owner took care of parking my car for our stay in a secure underground location.

Room was beautiful, staff was very nice and helpful. Very close walking distance to everything. Quiet
Air conditioning, was 73-74 (23) in the room and would not cool off. Asked the staff and they cooled it down to 69 (21) for a few hours during the day when we were not there. Few hours later right back to 74 as this was the apparent preset. Late September visit open the doors to patio to cool room off more. Summer would have been unbearable .
