Absolutely loved this little hotel. It's not only beautiful, but very comfortable and the location was great. The suite I was in was very spacious and affordable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

This was easily the most beautiful, comfortable, and quiet place I've ever stayed. I've traveled a decent amount, not as much as others I'm sure but generally 1-2 trips a year abroad and this place blew my expectations out of the water. We stayed in the suite and it was the most lovely room. Super quiet. Great location. Staff was very lovely.

Staff were attentive and very helpful. Helped with getting ztl for our car and parking. The unit is very well renovated and kept. Warm and comfortable despite older building. Overall great experience.

Lovely facility, spacious room, friendly staff and good location. Hit everything we were looking for in a Florence accommodation.
The room was off the lobby which gets a tiny bit of ambient noise, but that’s really struggling to find a negative. It didn’t really impact us at all and we enjoyed our time there.

Arta, was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this room. Slippers a great added touch. A kitchen “cabinet” holding a frig, stove, coffee pot and all that you need for those items. Spacious bathroom with hot shower. The decor is beautiful and unique. We were able to leave our luggage before our train departure which allowed us to see more of the city. Again, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism and can’t wait to come back!

The hostess made the visit perfect! Great food recommendations and locations suggestions for specific shopping. The location is an easy walk to everything. Fabulous coffee and pastry shop across the street for morning breakfast. Large room and stunning decor. I will be back with my family!

Staff was really friendly and welcoming, hotel looked nice and has nice features. We got an upgraded room and was a very large suite. 10 min walk to the city centre and DOMO.
Bed's and pillows weren't very comfy. Shower was quite small. If the bed and shower was a bit more renovated that wold have been nice.
