Great location. The spa was surprisingly nice. It’s good for a quick weekend break. The room was comfortable and ready early. Shower was great.
The room 205 was spacious like an apartment but faced a wall so it was dark. This is not a 5 star property in terms of overall experience; it was nice enough but not a wow. It feels like a modern apartment building melded with a Moroccan Shishah club.

Wow! It’s a great location — within walking distance of all the famous sights. The Medici family chapel is just across the street! The most amazing thing is that our room has a fresco painting on the ceiling!
It seems the property has a lot of history! Plus room is big and it impressed me with celling paintings

I liked pretty much everything except for the air conditioning in our room. It was a loft and so the room was too large for the capacity of the aircon units. I found myself sweating in the middle of the night. Same was experienced by my family.

Staff all very friendly and helpful their restaurant recommendations were excellent , the bed was really comfortable as were the pillows , the breakfast was very good and service fast and efficient. Loved the interior design.Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location and excellent apart from the rooms service. Food was not up to standard and very dissatisfied with this one aspect. The charge was removed from the bill but just for reference for the owners. Spa was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located, walking distance to everything. The staff were so pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The Deluxe King room was very spacious, modern and clean! Daisy’s restaurant and bar were an added bonus, great atmosphere with live music in the evening.
