Nothing!!!
Big disappointment, the reviews didn’t match the reality , this is not a 5 star hotel, the hotel is not clean , the furniture is very poor and ugly , the lifts are terrible , the corridors are nerrow and unplanned , very bad experience.

Breakfast and the fact our suite had too many steps. Wasting space, no sofa. Very uncomfortable seating options ( wooden chairs )

the hotel is beautiful and located right in the center. the sfaff was amazing!!! they knew we were celebrating anniversary and did their best to make sure we enjoy everything. they upgraded our room and left special treats which made our stay even more memorable

Big room & comfortable bed great shower good breakfast. Decor was eclectic. Dining area felt like eating in the movie Birdcage waiting for a show to go on stage any minute lol. Staff was very attentive. Great service & happy faces. A great stay in a great location walking distance to everywhere & charming street location.
Club setting for breakfast was a little bizarre.

It says it has a parking but they don’t and they charge you 50€ for the night to put your car in while it’s not mentioned. Accessing by car you need the most complicated explanation and realistically impossible to follow to avoid getting fined to get there.
In too if that when you arrive when I arrive the person for the car wasn’t there no one to help with car and luggage.
The design is pretty awkward overall and extremely hard to find the restaurant. The bed mattress was old had a dipped shape already and pillows were definitely not you expect or a 5 star hotel.
