Amazing property. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. The food was also very good. The view of Florence and the country side is to die for. The staff was beyond professional, accommodating and friendly.
There was construction on the roads whereby taxis were delayed by at least 40 minutes to up to a couple hours to get into the City. No fault of Eden Rock, just bad timing.

I was lucky to find such resort near florence and overlooking the city. The view from the room and balcony was astonishing. I sit there for hours enjoying the view and the moments.
during my stay, undergoing road maintenance activities were there which make the commuting more difficult.

The room was spacious with stunning views! The bed was comfortable. The staff were all amazing, kind, and helpful. The breakfasts were good, and I liked that there was a restaurant that catered for all meals. The pool is a beautiful addition, even though we didn't get to use it.
This doesn't relate to the accommodation, but the bus service was not great - even though there is a bus stop directly opposite the accommodation. Be prepared to use a taxi.

The atmosphere and staff were really kind and helpful. The food served for lunch and dinner were really good as well. Overall great stay!
You must order a cab or uber to go into the center of Florence.

The view and location is incredible. The imperial suite is ver comfortable and spacious. High quality furniture, big wardrobes, good garage, nice staff at the breakfast
The service in general is not really warm, it is okay but not what you would expect when paying such an high price.
The breakfast is very simple and could be better with small adjustments: better bread, fresh juice, fresh fruits, vegetables, less sweet stuff like cakes and similar.
