Convenient to all tourist attractions and train and bus stations. B & B very quiet.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It was in great location. The breakfast was in variety and delicious.
Be aware of that it says. "private parking". It does not have parking place. They have valet who we had to wait for 40 min on the busy road with no show. We were told we still had to pay to the valet and parking. At the end, we found a parking on our own and paid 90 euro. . Yes that right. Om addition, The floors in the room had hair that was not cleaned.

The room and bathroom were lovely. It all looks new and there is a lot of space to put your things. The breakfast is delicious with so many choices! But the best part of our stay was Ana! Ana was amazing! She was always answering questions for us and helping us locate sights around the area. Ana also made sure to greet us in the breakfast room and make steamed milk for my coffee. She even held our luggage for us and when we picked it up she gave us cold water and a place to relax before our journey to the next city in Italy. Ana is a gem!
The area is just ok, but it is extremely close to the train station.

We booked at very short notice and the place was ready to check in immediately. Staff was very friendly and the accommodation was very clean and modern internally. The building is a bit old and we were initially worried but don't judge the book by the cover :)

The location was excellent only a few minutes walk from the train station and many of the tourist sights. Also there were plenty of places to eat not only in the plaza but in the narrow side streets too. We didn’t have breakfast. The room was very clean if spars with plenty of towels and lovely smellies. The lady (Anna) who checked us in was really lovely and very helpful.
The room was a bit small and could have done with a couple of comfy chairs to sit on. Although it says SkyTv most of the channels were in Italian, so not great for English only speakers. A hairdryer is provided, but there was no heat from it, so would have been a waste of electricity trying to dry my hair. Also and the main thing for us was the noise. The bins are emptied anywhere between about 2 am and 5 am, so if you aren’t used to town traffic pay the extra and stop in a room with sound proofing.

The hotel was only 5 minutes away from the Central Station of Florence.
We went all over the city, on foot!
The room was escellent!!
Very beautifyl desing, very home-feeling, comfortable, cosy, smelled wonderful, made you feel welcomed and at home,at the same time! Every thing in the whole premises was chosen wisely! Recycling bags were placed under the TV table!!!! I had never seen that! Their sense of caring for the environmet, would be found everywhere!
Fantastic breakfast, with a lot of choices!
Even for me, who am a celiac, there were so many gluten free choices!!!!!!
The people who worked there, where also very polite, helpful, understanding, always with a smile on their faces!
They made our stay wonderful!
There was absolutely nothing that could be better!

I really liked the hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities were exceptional. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
