The room and bathroom were lovely. It all looks new and there is a lot of space to put your things. The breakfast is delicious with so many choices! But the best part of our stay was Ana! Ana was amazing! She was always answering questions for us and helping us locate sights around the area. Ana also made sure to greet us in the breakfast room and make steamed milk for my coffee. She even held our luggage for us and when we picked it up she gave us cold water and a place to relax before our journey to the next city in Italy. Ana is a gem!
The area is just ok, but it is extremely close to the train station.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Although we booked a standard room, the hotel kindly upgraded our room free of charge, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location of the hotel is excellent — very close to the train station, with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It is also close to the heart of Florence, and you can easily walk to the main attractions within about 10 minutes.
With such a convenient location and thoughtful service, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Florence

It was a nice room, laid out in a convenient way for two people. We checked in after 7.30 so picked up the key from their sister hotel around the corner. The location is near the train station -- not a pretty neighborhood, but convenient for what we needed to do, and the room was attractive, comfortable, and quiet. Good breakfast. Nice shower. Would stay again.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It was in great location. The breakfast was in variety and delicious.
Be aware of that it says. "private parking". It does not have parking place. They have valet who we had to wait for 40 min on the busy road with no show. We were told we still had to pay to the valet and parking. At the end, we found a parking on our own and paid 90 euro. . Yes that right. Om addition, The floors in the room had hair that was not cleaned.
