Wonderful B&B, friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast.
It takes about 30 minutes by bus / 15 minutes by taxi to get to the B&B from Firenze center, which is not a bad thing - waking up with birds singing is pretty nice too - depending on the purpose of your visit.

Great service! Mario was highly attentive and courteous. We loved the location, facilities and the breakfast experience! Happy to recommend and will be back when visiting my family in the area.
This is not a real dislike, it’s a recommendation - That they didn’t advertise that they have a room(s) with a bath! We loved this surprise and think more people may pick it over other accommodation in the area if they knew this ?

Room was nice,
Owner went into our room while we were out and took our car keys to move our car, we were told to park where we had parked by the owner too. Had he told us to leave keys with him, this would not have been an issue, but to go into a quests room uninvited and leave door open is not acceptable. Also there was no hot water to have a shower the next morning, the shower drain obviously needed cleaned as the shower tray started to fill up and we were worried we flooded the bathroom.

Duchess was very cozy and beautiful. Luca was extremely welcoming and accommodating. His designer background definitely shines through throughout the home. Appreciated it being gated and a private backyard!
Location was a little inconvenient if you plan on consistently being in the city of Florence. Taxis or bus were very easy though. Safe and secluded.

This is one of my favourite places I have stayed at! The room was decorated nicely and was spacious. It was great to be able to relax in the pool and garden. Our hosts were fabulous and attentive, the selection at breakfast was great and we had a delicious lunch as well! We were given a long list of recommendations for restaurants, all those that we visited were fantastic! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful b&b in a nice quiet* area at the edge of Florence. Breakfast and service were great! The pool was a great extra as well. Make sure to bring deet for the mosquitos
*Quiet for city standards. You can hear the train and some traffic throughout the night
We hoped to use the bikes to get into the city, but one of the bikes was broken/unrideable. Not a huge problem of course, as a bus was close that took you to the city
