The location was PERFECT! Walking distance to all the local attractions and near a ton of restaurants. We were as close to the action as you can get including being only 15 mins from the train station.
Included Washer/dryer access, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large apartment, HUGE indoor spa bathtub and lots of privacy.
In Italy we found most mattresses in our stays to be on the firm side and this location was no different. I have back issues so it presented a challenge for me. My only other complaint was I couldnt seem to get the thermostat to work correctly and the room was slightly on the warmer side of 77 which isnt a huge deal just not optimal.

Everything about it was amazing. Location was right next to Accademia and 2 min from the central square. Newly renovated room and very helpful staff. Bathrooms were his/her. The highlight was the enormous space and the hottub with a ceiling shower. Truly a luxurious experience.

Close to a lot of tourist areas. The apartment was spacious and clean. Lorenzo accommodated my schedule.
I was hoping the unit would be better appointed. Laundry soap, napkins. Maybe olive oil and basics for cooking.

The location was great and central to many things we wanted to do. The room was large, bright and two bathrooms was very convenient. The staff was responsive to my needs.
The bathroom tile looked very old and so didn't feel clean. When I complained, they send over housekeeping to help. Unfortunately, it is just wear and tear with mosaic size tiles I guess. The elevator had a terrible odor the first day, but that dissipated.
