Beautiful property close to train station and sites. It was less like a hotel and more like staying in mansion bedroom with your own bathroom. Our room had a beautiful view.
Thin walls and outside noise.

Very courteous, friendly, professional reception and staff. Staff went out of their way to help. Day and night managers and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows made for a good nights sleep. Excellent location very close to main station and right by the old city overlooking the Santa Maria Novella. Restaurants in abundance close by. Breakfast was great with a wide variety.

Location fabulous. Terrace of breakfast room great view of the square. 10 minute walk from the Duomo 4 minute walk to train and super safe Concierge were all very nice

The location is very convenient close to the tram stop from the airport. The building is beautiful! The reception is very helpful and attentive, I got excellent recommendations for restaurants and gelaterias. The room was clean,.the bed and pillows very comfortable. There were slippers, excellent toiletries, a kettle with teas , cookies on the pillows, and mini- fridge. Breakfast was well supplied in a balcony overlooking a Piazza.
It can ba bit noisy because it's right beside the Santa Maria Novella Piazza, but it didn't interrupt my sleep, the noise is muffled but the wooden panels and heavy courtains.

The location is very good, near the train station. Very easy to find. The staff was very friendly, gave us a lot of information about things to do and transportation. Breakfast had a lot of options.

The property was beautiful and in an amazing location. Comfortable bed, easy to find, and a larger shower by Italian standards.
I wish the bed has been one big mattress rather than two beds put together. I also wish there was a real mini fridge in the room rather than a small drink fridge.

Upon arrival Gacomo was really friendly and relaxed which made us feel welcome
The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable and location was perfect 2mins from the station and a beside a beautiful square
In the morning the breakfast was really delicious and the staff were so friendly
Taulant was really kind also helping us with our bags and giving us great information

Excellent location and very good buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds.
Key card to room only worked for one day. Air conditioning was intermittent and leaked water onto the floor. Toilet seat was loose and u-bend under sink leaked. Bathroom extractor fan appeared not to work. Mini bar was located in the sideboard and it was difficult to open its door even though it was propped up on a magazine. The room appeared tired and could do with a few repairs and painting for a 4 star.
