The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, with a good shower. The bed was very comfortable. The area is quiet and pleasant. The hosts were very helpful in terms of accommodating my need for gluten free food and alternative milk. They were kind to store our luggage during the day.
A more extensive breakfast would be welcome.

The house and rooms were so amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the room was huge. We were so happy to stay here and the host was amazing. We would definately recommend staying here and would book again.
There was really nothing to complain about. We enjoyied our stay.

It was better than we could have hoped for. Our room had a large balcony where we enjoyed the morning sun. The room was spacious, and the whole house is so cozy. It felt like we had arrived at an Italian nonna’s home. A big plus is the parking in the courtyard. You can get to the Old Town very easily by bus the fare is 1 euro per person. Breakfast was just like in a home kitchen, which we really liked.

A grand and beautifully restored building impresses on the outside and even more so on the inside. We were a group of four travelling to Florence for the major sites in the historic centre. The location is excellent with easy access to buses (approx 15-20 min ride into town) and restaurants just around the corner are excellent and frequented by locals.
We had the luxury and character of the top floor apartment that includes everything we needed. With the weather being warm and beautiful, the aircon in the bedrooms and main rooms was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean as well. The balcony to watch the go down (or up) was a bonus - with a view of the Duomo - shows how close we are! Returning at the end of the day, up the sweeping driveway surrounded by exquisite manicured gardens - couldn’t ask for more and most highly recommended. We were so comfortable and loved the character. The host is truly exceptional, parking onsite is absolutely worth the fee.
