We liked the room, it was comfortable and big. As well we liked the breakfast and the host was very polite and kind
We liked all, the location is not really in the Centre. Is near (3-4km) , the only issue if we can say it was the bus 7 which circulates a little hard ( specially in the night ) but it has nothing to do with the location and how we felt

The staff are very very friendly and accommodating. So kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful location. A short 20 minute bus journey (No. 17/7) to Florence city centre, which the staff kindly provide tickets for.

Lovely and gracious property. A large secluded property with sitting areas outside on the room balconies and in the yard. Outside of the busy traffic area of the city but with lovely restaurants nearby and public transit.

Excellent rooms, lovely villa. The bathroom was well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. About a 2.5 km walk to the center of town in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is a few steps away also. We alternated using the bus and walking to and from the center. You can purchase bus tickets at the front desk, which is very convenient. They will also give you detailed directions on the various buses and stops and schedules. We really enjoyed staying in this lovely place. The family are so helpful and kind--they live on the property and are always reachable. Pretty gardens with seating areas. Also, we found some great restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food. We definitely will be back!

Lovely place with lots of character , nice paintings , very pleasant well kept garden. The suite is nicely decorated, it was great to enjoy the sun on the balcony. We cycled into the historical part of Florence in around 10 minutes, so it's great without being in the crazy hustle and bustle of the town.
The owners at reception and breakfast are lovely and pleasant
There is noise from the traffic when you are outside on the balcony, but it does die down in the late evening and you can't hear it once the windows are shut

Everthing was perfect,we took the junior suite,it was so nice with a balkony view to the garden. This is a charming villa with supernice stuff.
