Great location, on a quiet side street but easy walk everywhere. Lovely to have two bedrooms and a small kitchen to make coffee and tea. Virtual registration was super easy

The apartment was genuinely charming in decoration and detail, and the location in the heart of the Oltrarno is superb - a stone's throw from Santo Spirito. Oana was very responsive, and very communicative, offering clear instructions and making sure we had a comfortable stay - she was also on-site daily to handle any other issues, and offer recommendations. It was the perfect combination of proximity to sites, and comfortable repose when needed.
Honestly, nothing. Everything was as advertised, and it was a great stay.

The property was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It's convenient location near Florence’s main tourist attractions made exploring the city effortless. Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable. Most importantly, host, Oana, was exceptionally gracious and welcoming. She was always responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns we had, and she even arranged our cab ride back. The size and accessibility of the apartment were excellent. The beds were very comfortable.the location was excellent as well. We loved the apartment and all it had to offer. The wheelchair accessibility was a a must for us and it checked all of the boxes. The neighborhood also was amazing. So many shops and excellent restaurants within steps and a laundromat! Very easy to get taxis and go explore other parts of Florence (because of wheelchair) otherwise we would have walked over the bridge and explored.
Trash bins were recently moved to the corner of the street our apartment was on, which meant there were consistent trucks coming through emptying them and you can hear the dumping and breaking of the glass. The air conditioning had not yet been turned on so we had to open windows. The noise was significant. Recommend ear plugs.

The location is good ,over all ratings wonderful. The host is accommodating easy to communicate with.
The availability of restaurant/ food a bit far to the restaurant and during Sunday the bar near in the area was closed.

It was clean and comfortable, it has an elevator, the building manager was very nice and helpful.
I didn’t like the location, it was further than i expected from the touristic areas. It was hard for us to find uber o taxis to get us there.

Oana was the most wonderful host, both personable and practical. The apartment was completely spotless and so charming. I felt like I was living the life of a local for a week. The location was ideal, close to the vibey Piazza Santo Spirito but lovely and quiet. I was there on my own for the first few days and I felt so at ease in the neighbourhood. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Wonderful
Clean and well equipped (cooked a pasta dinner one night). The location was amazing. Overlooking a busy walking street loaded with cafes, shopping. Close to everything! Steps to Trevi fountain and short walk to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps.
The great location means that it can be a little noisy at night (late night tourists, garbage collection, etc). The windows are quite insulating, but not entirely. Suggest earplugs for a good night’s sleep.

The space was perfect for 4 people. The location was amazing and only a 20 minute walk to the best attractions in Florence. It was very clean and plenty of space. The apartments have an elevator that was not advertised. This was awesome for some of the elderly folks traveling with us!! Huge PLUS!!! The property manager has excellent communication.
Street noise that one would expect in the city (motorcycles at night) and trash collection each morning at 6am. You have to meet a person for check in and I didn’t realize that when providing an estimated check in time. We arrived late due to driving issues from ROMA and I felt awful.
