Exceptional
Very nice and big room, close to the top highlights, everything is in a walking distance. Parking direct in front of the guesthouse, bus and tram only few minutes ago. The hosts are amazing, very very friendly and they told and explained us how to discover Florenz and where to go, including restaurants. All in all 3 wonderful days

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The food, ambience and hospitality of our hosts were excellent. The location was perfect for us, a little off the beaten path but very walkable to every destination.
The terrace is so beautiful and it stayed light well past 8pm but there is a hard stop to using the terrace at 8pm.

Breakfast was variedplenty of choice, both savoury and sweet. Everything you needed. The bedroom was spacious , simple and stylish. Beautiful frescoes on ceiling and also in the calm breakfast room. In fact there is much attention to detail everywhere. The location is ideal; one is at a distance from the noise of the centre, but it is lovely to walk the 10-15 minutes along the Arno to reach attractions and Dimora is well served by buses and trams if one wishes. Particularly useful is to take the number 12 bus to San Miniato. But, of course, the best things in Dimora are the attentiveness, kindness and helpfulness of Cristina and Marco. Excellent , charming hosts who are happy to do anything to facilitate your stay, from giving plenty of useful information ranging from transport options, to key tourist points, to restaurants and in terms of reserving tickets and taxis. Grazie! And in the nearby district there are plenty of dining options if you do not wish to return to the centre.
A minor pointbut really more a suggestion..perhaps with the toiletries in the bathroom, , there also could be conditioner and body cream.

The hosts, the house and our room were so nice.
The traditional building has clearly been restored with love and retains the original features for us all to.enjoy.
There are plenty of good Tuscan restaurants within walking distance.
The roof terrace is a great bonus giving views of the city along the river and a place to.relax.
Christina and Marco are excellent attentive and informative hosts who welcomed us to Florence and helped us make the most of our visit.

Here, you stay in an exquisite small palace. My host began with a generous dose of information and maps and resources that I loved. I did everything he told me to visit and do! The room was crazy beautiful and grand, the location on the Oltrarno was very fun, and breakfast was a super delicious spread!

The property was neat and clean. Marco is very good host and very sweet and gentleman. He explained everything to us and recommended many popular sightseeings. The rooms are very good and cozy.
The location is in a quiet lane. But thats a personal view. Not a disadvantage.

The breakfasts were incredible. We enjoyed the cappuccinos, especially. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, also. The location was near enough to many things and we were happy to be able to walk everywhere. We also enjoyed the detailed information about Florence from Marco.
The only thing that we didn't like as much was the busier round about near the property, but we got used to crossing it and it wasn't too big of a deal.

Its beautiful, well kept and restored house with authentic frescoes through the breakfast dining room, corridor and room . it was decorated with antique wooden furniture, tapestry curtains and crystal chandeliers . Immaculately clean , very warm in winter with very comfortable shower and bathroom.
My wife & I stayed there and there was nothing that we Australians didnt like. in fact we are going to stay in the same hotel for our next visit and highly recommend it for our family and friends.

The hotel is located in an old building with high ceilings and paintings on the walls and ceiling. Looks very authentic. The owner was very hospitable and gave a lot of good advice. Breakfast was quite good, perhaps not too varied, but we had everything we needed. The room was magnificent: spacious, furnished with antique furniture. From the hotel we usually walked to the city center along the picturesque river bank, it didn't take much time. So the stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable.
In the evening, you may have problems finding a parking space, since the hotel is located in the CPZ area and parking is only possible next to the hotel (specially marked tickets are provided by the owner and cost 8 eur per day).

The rooms are beautifully decorated, in an vintage, renaissance style.
It was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and tasty. They help you with the bus and parking tickets.
The owners are very dedicated to their B&B.
They helped us with the issue of our mistake at our arrival and that meant a lot to us, after a whole day of travelling.
I would reccomend Dimora Bandinelli for a pleasant stay in Florence!
