It was clean
You are given four keys to use to enter the building. I didn’t like how you had to inform the owner of your actions when and when you will not be there for breakfast and the politics he thinks America should go to. He was very nice in the beginning but not so much in the ending. They had a mini split but it was set to winter so we had no air movement and could not open the window for all the mosquitoes that would come in. He said it was a safe area but he made sure our rental car was empty for we went inside.

The hotel is really nice and was much better than expected with ** hotel. Before arrival I made call to the hotel and we got instructions how to get there by tram, from railway station it was really simple . When arrive we got quite detailed recommendation about the restaurants nearby and explanation how the use local public transportation. We got also recommendation of places to visit. Nice holiday in Firenze, Grazie mille!

The room was beautiful and spacious, but I had specifically booked a larger one.
The breakfast wasn’t great – quite small – but that’s common in Italy.
The woman wasn’t very polite, but that’s okay for me.
The location is a bit sketchy, but it's okay. Inside, it's beautiful.

A short walk from the hustle & bustle of central Florence, this B&B just south of the Arno River is a perfect retreat for that afternoon nap or when you need nighttime silence. Inside the unassuming front doors, you’ll find a quaint yet luxurious domicile with high ceilings, chandeliers, and original frescos dating back ~200 years. The rooms are charming, with decadent furniture, ornate window curtains, and traditional Italian shutters. The wallpaper is necessarily Florentine, flowery and thin, and FYI, so are the walls… but hey, we didn’t mind. Ever wondered what it’s like to have an Italian aunt and uncle? You’ll find out here too. The cute couple will welcome you with helpful suggestions and apologies for talking for your ears off. They even sit down with you and mark out (on a map they supply) everything you could want to see or eat. Every morning, they personally cater the most delightful breakfast too and take your coffee or tea orders with relaxed—yet meticulous—attention to detail. Honestly, it was the meal and conversation we looked forward to most every day. You also have access to a lovely rooftop terrace with a view of the city domes. Almost makes you not want to leave each morning and just spend your time lounging around. Recommend very much.

Location was easy to reach and with nice instructions how to get there. The hosts were kind, adaptable and helpful! The room was cleaned immaculately! They even kindly allowed us to leave the bags there after a check out, and come back after last 3 hours in the city. Thank you!
Everything was great. It is just an opinion, but breakfast would be even better, if guests had more choices. Other wise, no comments, everthing was nice!

We loved our stay here. The room and facilities were spacious and very comfortable, and the B&B is within walking distance of the main sights in Florence, conveniently located by the Arno promenade. But above all, we appreciated the hospitality of our hosts.

The landlord and the lady was very kind, friendly and helpful. They were flexible with our early check-out. The place was beautiful, exactly as the pictures shows. There is daily cleaning. The breakfast is good and authentic.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, located in an authentic historical building with painted walls and ceilings from the 17th century. But the real icing on the cake were the hosts, who were always eager to help and even drew a map for us with all the best spots Firenze has to offer. Grazie Marco and Christina, you were as sweet as Tiramisu!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was beautifully decorated and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Everything about the room itself was impeccable. Clean, excellent bed linen and towels. Comfortable mattress. The room and bathroom were warm, as everything was heated by a radiator, not an air conditioner. This is very pleasant if you return after a walk in cold and damp weather. Bottled mineral water was free and was replenished all the time. There is a kettle and a safe.
This is not a hotel, but a B&B with all the consequences: no lobby, no way to sit in it for a certain amount of time if you don't really want to walk the rainy streets before leaving.
Breakfast is only suitable for women watching their weight and figure. If you are a large man with a good appetite, then you are unlikely to be satisfied with a cold fried egg from 1 egg, transparent slices of bread, cheese and prosciutto. Yes, there were also yoghurts and cherry tomatoes, cut to transparency, 2 pieces per person.
The area where this B&B is located is quite far from the center and I would not say that it is prestigious.
The street itself is quiet, but is located next to a huge transport hub, so noise from 6 am to 8 pm is guaranteed. And even this is not the worst thing. On the ground floor (the B&B occupies the 2nd floor of a 3-story building) there is a copy shop. And for 2 days it was so noisy, as if a train was driving on the ceiling.
But the worst thing was that as soon as I crossed the threshold of this B&B, the owner immediately, after asking where I came from (although it was already clear from my order) began to say what a terrible country Israel is and to mock other guests from Israel. This is unacceptable if you work in the hotel business. In the following days, the faces of the owner and his wife were cold official smiles. While I chose this accommodation option largely because of the feedback about the hospitality of the hosts, my disappointment knew no bounds.

Owners of the facility were very kind and helpful. They upgraded our room without any charge. The breakfast was the best we had in İtaly. They even provided small tour guidance for the City , explained Must see places in detail.
