Very cozy and clean property. Marco and his team are very helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious.
Pillows are a bit hard but that is just preferential.

Lovely big room with plenty of room for luggage. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax. The breakfast room was stunning with a delicious spread. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location - need to take a taxi from the train station, too far to walk.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Dimora Bandinelli. Marco and Cristina were fantastic hosts - so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean .We loved the traditional interior, in particular the beautiful mural in the breakfast room.

The owners were amazing! The location was very accesible and it was easy to go around the entire city. The terrace was a huge plus.

Room cleaner was the best we've ever had anywhere.
Location was perfect for us (20 minute walk to the train station and 20-25 minutes to the main town (we are keen walkers so not a problem)
Not so keen walkers can easily get around by bus and tram.
Nothing not to like, and would book again if we stay in Florence again

Our stay here in Florence was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. Marko and his wife are outstanding hosts — warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making their guests feel comfortable and welcome.
What made this place truly special was not just the accommodation itself, but the entire experience. The breakfast was wonderful, carefully prepared and enjoyable, and the atmosphere they have created is something rare — a sense of closeness and connection with people from all over the world. It felt like being part of a small, international community rather than just staying somewhere overnight.
This is not a typical accommodation — it is a concept that deserves recognition and branding. It offers something unique, authentic, and memorable, and in our opinion, they may even be pioneers of this kind of hosting experience.
We leave with beautiful memories and full appreciation for everything they provided. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Florence who wants more than just a place to sleep.

We liked everything about this property. We were warm and comfortable in this fabulous old apartment. The wall paintings were thrilling but the friendly attention given by our lovely hosts made the stay perfect.

Charming, cozy, wonderful location, quiet and walking distance from all the city parts.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
And the room is very beautiful.
If I have to point I only have one thing to suggest.
The bed mattress was a bit soft. A detail only.
