Excellent location. It is a good quality hotel. Good value.
I did not like my room very much. The bed and the shower were quite uncomfortable. The hotel arranged transportation for me from the train station to the hotel and from he hotel to the train station. They charged $160 to my credit card in advance for this transportation. After staying a few days in Florence, I learned that this transportation would have cost me less than $40 with taxi cabs.

The staff at breakfast was incredible, especially Luca! And the room in general was good too. The location was perfect, couldn’t be better.
I asked for a room for 3 and checked a couple of times before that it was really suitable for 3 adults, and it was not. The sofa bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, with a mattress that was very thin and uneven and I could feel the metal. I asked if they could do anything / replace the mattress and nothing was done.

I really loved how central the property was and how wonderful the staff were, they were always attentive and kind. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Sandro, Flavio, Steffano, and the gentleman who helped with our bags (my apologies for not remembering his name, as we didn’t interact much), as well as the breakfast team, who were always polite and friendly. Their warmth truly made our stay memorable.
I had nothing bad to say about the property, just a small observation, the bar prices were a little on the higher side. For this reason, I chose to enjoy cocktails outside, though I would have loved to stay at the bar and have a nice drink.
