The host was as charming as the apartment, which was located in a beautiful part of the city only a few minutes to the Uffizi. Vincent was warm and had us checked in and on our way exploring in under 30 minutes. The apartment was a combination of old world charm and modern conveniences too!

Great apartment in the heart of Florence! Close to all major sights and attractions. Spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. Vincent was very friendly and met us on arrival to show us around the apartment. He also took the time to highlight a map of Florence for us to assist with exploring and he also provided recommendations for local restaurants. We loved our time in this apartment!
There is one flight of stairs going up to the apartment. Was not a problem for us. Being our last stop in Italy, we were used to climbing stairs in all of our other accommodation.

The host, Vincent was there to meet us when we pulled up in the taxi after a very long trip! He was so kind and even carried our luggage up the few flights to the apartment. He had the AC on so the apartment was already cool when we entered which was huge because it was sweltering outside! The apartment was sound-proofed up to 40 decibels, which was great - didn't hear a thing! He showed us where everything was located, how to operate the appliances and WIFI, and then sat down with us to go over the map of Florence. He recommended restaurants (and gave us three where we could get discounts) as well as sightseeing. He even pointed out an excellent place to view the sunset over the city. Vincent was exceptional! He was extremely responsive when we needed anything and ordered our taxi to take us to the Florence airport when we departed.
We stayed in the apartment, Donatello. The only item that we couldn't figure out was how to turn off the bathroom light fixture. But it was no big deal and we didn't even bother Vincent to find out. I'm sure if we had asked, he would have told us. Other than that, everything was in great working order.

Fantastic location and if your actually looking for a multiple days stay this is a great option. Galley style kitchen was awesome. We will book this for our next trip if it is available.

Beautiful studio right in the middle of town. We could not have asked for a better location when it came to sightseeing. The room was very tastefully decorated and the fresco on the ceiling was stunning! There was also a washing machine with a drying rack provided which was very nice to have. We were also provided with an abundance of toiletries and other little things we may have needed during our stay. We got the chance to meet the owner, Vincent, on our way out and he was very kind and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Florence!

Fantastic location and amenities. We stayed with another couple- each had our own bathroom. There is a small kitchen and washer. Great place to stay in the heart of Florence!!

Vincent is amazing. The apartment was very clean and well located. It was also fully equipped to cook and washing clothes. Only thing to notice is that there was no elevator, so if you experience reduced mobility keep it in mind.

The host was great, friendly and gave a lot of info including possible discounts at restaurants and vendors. The location is perfect about a 20 minute walk to just about anywhere you want to go. Good value for the money in my mind.
The stairs up are long (25 steps) and are steep but it’s worth it to me for what you get.
