Wonderful
Location was perfect, just down the street from the Uffizi Galleries. Room (and bed) was beautiful and comfortable, including bathroom and shower. Great view onto street, with cozy chairs for two by the window. Staff was friendly and helpful (mostly through WhatsApp). Our departing flight canceled and staff wonderfully helped us extend our stay an extra night.
Because staff wasn't on site daily (that I knew of) didn't have a chance to ask for more bathroom supplies (especially after we added extra night when flight canceled). Otherwise, not much to complain about!

check in was really easy. The location is great, about 10-15 minute walk from the train station. A full strength blowdryer !!

I had a dental emergency. I called Marzia from the airport and asked for her help in finding a dentist. Two hours after I checked in, I met with her dentist and the problem. Was resolved in 10 minutes. Her kindness and willingness to help was very appreciated!

The property had a great location for walking distance to all the sights. We felt we were living in someone’s home. Nice decorative touches to the room. And forgive me Duchio if I spelled your name wrong, he was our host who made us feel very comfortable and gave us the info that we needed. He gave us locations to eat and places to see.
We left a window open and mosquitos were wreaking havoc with their lust for blood. One night we spent half the time battling the insects.
Don’t open windows!!??

Amazing location, close to all the main spots. My room was clean, and had everything it needed. The bed was especially comfortable.
I would’ve like a proper duvet as opposed to a sheet and blankets as I did feel a little chilly in bed. The apartment above was noisy on my last night but that can’t be helped.
