I loved the location of this hotel. The staff was INCREDIBLE. They had fantastic dinner recommendations, and were available at all times.
The bathroom setup was a little strange. Wasn't great for two people, though the facilities worked well. Getting to the hotel is a little bit of a nightmare since isn't in the historical district.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, comfortable room. Staff were very professional and accommodating. The breakfast, across the lane, was plentiful and delicious. We will return frequently.

The people were amazing (staff), location is perfect for someone wanting to be in the midst of it all and the hotel is frankly lovely. I even went to the roof terrace which is pure perfection and despite not having a booking the staff did everything to get me a perfect spot in time for sunset.
I was initially in a single occupier room which had a lovely bathroom but the bedroom was a bit like a hostel and there was an issue with a light or something that made a lot of sound. The staff was amazing as sorting it out and changing my room thankfully, but just feedback for the next time :) also I was sad the spa was closed so when I booked my massage I was sent to one of the rooms for the treatment which again was fantastic but would’ve been good to enjoy the facilities fully :)

Perfectly located modern hotel with fabulous amenities. We loved our stay! The breakfast spread was delicious, the rooms were on the larger-side than what we’d stayed at elsewhere, and the views couldn’t be beat. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

One of the best locations to stay. We had a room with a perfect view on Ponte Viecchio and Arno River. It’s a 15 minute walk to a train station (Firenze SNM) and 5 minutes walk to any landmark or boutique. Couldn’t be more convenient
I booked property with a thought of using the spa and sauna. Unfortunately during our stay it was under construction and this amenities were completely unavailable which my husband and I were looking forward too. It wasn’t listed anywhere on the website that this is happening when I was booking a room.

The location was prime and the view was amazing.
But the hotel had an issue with their key cards and the desk was very inefficient, it always takes ages to get anything done. But Lucca was amazing he made up for it, he was excellent at multitasking.
