I loved the location of this hotel. The staff was INCREDIBLE. They had fantastic dinner recommendations, and were available at all times.
The bathroom setup was a little strange. Wasn't great for two people, though the facilities worked well. Getting to the hotel is a little bit of a nightmare since isn't in the historical district.

Location, at the foot of Ponte Vecchio, unbelievable. Superb staff, especially Cristina and Alison, who were great. This is a great choice when staying in Florence. Our room overlooked the Ponte Vecchio and the river. Superb.
No restaurant in our hotel. Breakfast was a little limited, and waiting staff were not at the standard set by Cristina and Alison. There was no mention of al la Carre breakfast option, which, had any of the staff let us know, we would have opted fir
