Everything! I would happly stay again. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and temperature, the towels and toiletries were perfect. It was very clear that much pride and care are taken to make Cimabue 9 a home away from home. I took the bus to and from the stops nearby. There were many delicious, local dining options close to the room. I loved my stay.

Enrico was very welcoming, gave us all of the recommendations on buses to catch/sights to see/where to eat/most economical routes/places to avoid, and even has a car for folks to rent (which we didn't know about until the very end, but I can see it being very useful for others to get around Tuscany). The room was cleaned every day, and check in/check out was an absolute breeze. The location is also stellar - it's quiet and out of the way from the very touristy areas, but still within a 15 minute walk to the areas you'd want to visit. Breakfast is available less than a block away at a fantastic bakery that locals frequent, and very decent dining options that are within 5-10 minute walk.

We were greeted warmly by our host and helped with our luggage.
The room had plenty of space, the bathroom had a wonderful shower and the bed was comfortable.
I could see how depending on where the room is located, you could be affected by street noise but we weren’t.

The apartment is in a quiet area. Its not far from a few bus lines but i mostly walked everywhere. It takes about 15 mins or so to walk to the center from the apartment. Enrico, the host was super helpful and very nice. I had no issues getting into the apartment. The terrace was really cute as well.

The room was massive (a free upgrade) and beautiful. It was very clean with massive towels and comfy bedding. Enrico was super sweet and had lots of recommendations. He said that there was a previous noise complaint for my room (right over the street) but I didn't find it that bad. It's not much crowd noise or music, more so traffic noise, cars and scooters going by. I won't say it wasn't a little louder than my preference but I'm a pretty light sleeper and once I got to sleep I didn't get woken up, so I don't think it should be a dealbreaker. I also don't think the other rooms would be as loud as mine. It's also very close to public transport so that was convenient; even on foot I didn't have an issue getting around.
While it wasn't too far from the city, I don't think being this far out was totally necessary to get the quiet (which you still don't really get). I enjoyed the walk back usually though ~15 mins
Enrico was absolutely lovely replacing the towels and tidying the room everyday. I'm a bit more of a private person (and I'm solo female traveller) so it was a little odd knowing he was in the room each day and I couldn't figure out a polite way to ask him not to do that. That wasn't a big deal though, and may not be an issue for you at all

The room was very clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable. Enrico is wonderful, a very helpful and informative host. The location is far enough away from the center of town so that was less crowded and it felt like we were living among locals and not tourists, yet it is close enough to easily walk to the major attractions within 20-30 minutes. There are lots of really good cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, and a laundromat within a 5-10 minute walk of the B&B.

The room was excellent value for money (beautiful parquet floor! and i don't think the photo's do the room justice) The owner was SO friendly and very helpful.
The location was a little further out of where I would have liked to be, particularly as you don't really see too many taxi's in Florence

We had a wonderful stay! The family room was perfect for us (three friends) - it was very spacious and clean. The location is good - there's plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. It's a bit out from the main centre but we liked that it was on a quiet street and the walk to the tourist sights was easy and enjoyable. We walked everywhere and had no need to get public transport to get around. There's tea and coffee available at the accommodation and we were given vouchers for coffee and pastries for breakfast at local cafes. Enrico was very helpful - it was easy to communicate with him both before and during our trip and he gave us advice, recommended places where my friend could get gluten-free food, and helped us get a taxi when it was time to go to the airport.

Our stay in Florence at Cimabue was truly special! The room and bathroom were spotless, and the location was ideal – just a 10-15 minute walk from all the major tourist spots and tours we had planned. The neighborhood was full of great coffee shops and restaurants, which made exploring even more enjoyable.
The highlight of our stay was our amazing host, Enrico. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. He took the time to explain all the fun things to do in Florence and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, which ended up being our favorite meals of the trip. Enrico also helped us navigate the city, making our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend staying here!

There was not many things that i didn’t like. The room is not soundproof so you may end up hearing some noises from outside.

Everything is very quiet. The bed and bed linen are excellent. Enrico's service was impeccable. He gave us lots of tips on the city. Although breakfast wasn't included, we were treated to cappuccino and croissants.
To get to the main attractions in the historic centre, you have to walk a little (about 20 minutes). It's not very easy to find a parking space and the private parking option (which we used) is very expensive.
