Loved the location, the balcony clean property,, ,2 bathroom lovely shower well equipped kitchen.Great Aircon system
WiFi did not work in the bedrooms ,we would have liked a kettle our personal choice, we have stayed at 2 other properties in Italy both had kettles and soap, shower gel which when your traveling light ate usefull.Also the other properties had a folder with loads of useful information about local doctors the area bus links everything you need to help you These are just some thoughts of ours which did not reflect badly on or stay as we enjoyed it very much

Location was great, out of the bustle of the old part of Florence but still a reasonable walk. The furniture in the living room is lovely antiques. Beds comfortable. Loved the terrace and the view of the Duomo.
We could have used a tutorial on how to buzz visitors into the building, and also one on the operation of the dishwasher.

Spacious, light, beautiful, wonderful views & terrace. Wonderful neighborhood , nice easy 15/20 min walk to duomo. Lovely visit!!!
Bigger glasses for drinking water and coffee mugs. Dish towels & or paper towels would be nice.

Apartament is very clean and spacious, with additional wardrobe to keep the clothes. We arrived a bit early but we were invited inside almost immediately and we only had to wait about half an hour for our host. Awesome terrace to stay and enjoy the view in the evening.

Beautiful views of Duomo. Having the balcony was a plus. Lovely and clean.
There wasnt enough kitchen ware. The air conditioning didnt seem to work well in large double.

Very clean, all facilities were available.
10 min by walk to city center.
Very nice surrounding views (5th floor).
If you are old enough, when you enter the appartment you will feel that you passed through a time tunnel that returned you for about 50 y back!! Really amazing stay.
Mildewy smell when you enter to the building bec. of poor ventilation & sun exposure, slightly also in the appartment bec of old furnitures

Excellent apartment for multiple guests. Clean, spacious, back deck patio was great for sitting outside. Large windows on the front side offered great views of the city.

Amazing appartment! Very spacious, nicely furnished, great art, high ceilings, big terrace, view to Il Duomo from the living room, everything one needs to cook etc. Excellent location close to the historical center, calm and safe. Roberto was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for restaurants, parking etc. I hope we will be back soon :)

Well stocked kitchen. Had issue with water upon arrival, apparently due to city issues, and after messaging host was quickly resolved and worked perfectly the rest of our stay.
Didnt notice any descriptions on how trash should be sorted and into which bag under the kitchen sink. Not intuitive for those from the USA who dont have recycling back home.

Nice apartment. Closer to the centre than we thought. Spacious and comfortable with nice view. Host Roberto was very friendly and also suggested us lots of places to visit into Florence.
the whole decoration is pretty old. With a small renovation and few new furnitures , the apartment will be upgraded. (Though it didn't bother us at all)

The kitchen was really well furnished and the beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Perfect for a big group.
The shutter of one of the rooms is not well fixed so at night it was moving a lot with the wind and it was noisy
