Bug in my coffee one morning, dirty bathroom, plumbing problems that got ignore until we asked repeatedly. Shower door didnt fit properly, so water went all over the floor. Evening staff rude. There were obnoxious sewer smells in several different parts of the hotel every day. We will never stay there again.

The room was contemporary and had a large bathroom with walk in shower. The front house staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was a convenient 10-15 walk to the centre.
Breakfast staff were not welcoming to us when we arrived for breakfast. The selection was very limiting at breakfast. A lot of plates were empty. The room layout did not work as you had to squeeze past tables. There were too many tables.

still love the bar area and the downstairs decor
i have stayed in Cellai for the third time and everytime I find it getting outdated and not renovated it is becoming a bit too clustrophobic especially the carpets and the facilities in the room were really under standard

Staff were friendly
For the price I was shocked. I expected immaculate rooms, for them to be extremely clean and towels and hospitality trays to be restocked daily. These things were not so. Most unlikely ever to stay again and would not recommend.
