Very good location for an affordable price. Huge yard, parking, good Wi-Fi. Good bus connection to the center. We will definetely come back when we visit Florence again.

Perfect for an overnight stay! We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The property allowed us to leave our vehicle while we explored the city for the afternoon after we checked out.

This place was fantastic for a quick stay! We wanted to see Florence but had a car and didn’t want to drive in the city. This amazing place was in a great location with parking, and the staff was fantastic! Took great care of us right from the start and was so friendly. We Highly recommend it!

It was clean and remote. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we understood where to go. The property is beautiful and is in a very quiet area. The rooms were very clean. The busline wasn’t far and we had no problem getting to town.
I would return if given the chance.

Friendly staff, spacious room, short walk to bus stop to downtown Florence. Loved being able to keep the car in the lot late the day we checked out.
Would have liked to be a bit closer to town for a shorter walk. The walk was about 45 mins.

The location was ideal to park the car for the two days we were there and for walking to dinner a 45 minute walk to all the city attractions we wanted to see

Pieceful location, huge garden, easy parking, large room and bathroom.
The shower is rather small especially compared to the large size of the bathroom. Could easily rebuild the shower to a classy 140*90 walk in shower. Space is enough. Then it would be 5 stars overall.

The property is in an excellent location: easily accessible by car without passing through the ZTL’s but close enough to the historic center by foot. The owner is welcoming and flexible, easy to communicate with. The B&B offers a very nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. They offer free parking for guests on the property which is very safe. The house and the garden is beautiful.

Good location and nice quite backyard
No instructions to come in - had to wait for 30 minutes at the gates to come in when the guy went to the shop, not answering phone or door bell. Just message the code from the door if you are away.
No privacy, they were coming in and out my room, regardless of whether I am in or not, without even knocking.
