Spacious room. Parking place at the territory.
A bit far away from the city (40 min on foot). No soundproof, so you can clearly hear other guests and all their dogs.

Felt as staying with family, super friendly family and our room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. Quiet location with good parking. Safe and secure.
Nothing we didnt like, there are good bus links to the sights of Florence.

The family who manages property are great and I hope they can continue to do so. If they move another location I will definitely go to that one. I hope they let us know how we can find them! Friendliest Italians on out trip!

We really appreciated the home-y feeling and welcoming staff. Parking, calmness of the neighborhood, and the connection to the city center by bus were great benefits. The room was clean and comfortable.

The owners was the most sweet and helpful persons! They informed us about Firenze city, where to walk/take bus and eat. We downloaded the app for the city bikes, which was an easy way of getting around as the location of the hotel is very good for guests with cars. The room was big and had a high ceiling, and very clean. Lots of parking spots, secured behind a gate.
It was difficult to find, as booking.com showed another adress just a few houses before. The sign of the hotel could be re-painted, then it would be much more clear.
The breakfast had many sweets and cakes.
