Provided the storage room to keep the luggage before check in time
The heater was broken and it was making room very warm. On the summer day no one expects to sleep with heater switched on. After the complaint they didnt provide other room. They said to wait for 2 hours to switch off the central heater. Unfotunately the heater was not turned off. They just lied to us and we checked out next day.

Nothing except the behaviour of the reception staff in hotel Veneto, from where you need to get the keys of your hotel room.
Everything. This is not a hotel but like a guest house with some rooms in a floor of an old apartment. Very shabby with no support in the building whatsoever. Check in needs to be done in different hotel, 100 mtrs away.

It is very close to Firenze city center, 24h reception in Hotel Veneto, which is linked to the accommodation.
The place was very filthy. There was a cotton swab on the floor, hair on the blanket of the bed, the bathroom was the tiniest thing ever, with a broken shower drain (a hole in the ground with some tape on it), every time you open the sink a weird smell comes out and the tubes are leaking. I genuinely felt like I did not want to touch anything, and I'm pretty flexible with my accommodation and the level of cleanliness when traveling... This was just unbearable.

Room was in a separate building with a dodgy, smelly, dark staircase. The room itself was very old and cramped. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Comfortable bed.
No elevator to 3rd floor.
The transfer we booked via the hotel didnt show up. We were waiting 40 min on a taxi line at 2AM, as our flight was late.

Location is good, close to station and city center. Also the staff is very helpful.
The toillet is very small and mostly clogged up.

It was a good location and the beds were comfortable.
The room was cramped for three people, poorly organized to handle luggage, clothes, wet towels, toiletries, the shower leaked water onto the floor, wifi connection was sporadic. We moved out after 2 days of a 4 day reservation.
