When we enter the room we smile tobacco there someone smoking in the area it’s too stick the odor we need to open the window so that we can breath. The elevator is too small good for 2 only if you have a big bag 1 person only.

Its location, it was very sketchy, the hotel had a weird mildew water smell, the shower doesn’t have a designated area in the bathroom so the whole bathroom gets soaked, the toilet is in the shower which is so weird, the bed was hard as a rock very uncomfortable to sleep on, the staff were very rude.

What I liked?? Absolutely nothing. The place was filthy, decadent, badly maintained, and totally inaccessible with a stroller or a wheelchair.
There is an elevator, but it is basically a joke that ends up not on a flat surface but on the stairs, a perfect solution to fall and break your neck.
At least they provided us with a crib for my 1-year-old kid... but if you ask for a crib and then you cannot reach the floor with the smallest stroller ever, without closing it and carrying the kid, that might be an issue that the staff should raise in advance!!!
To give them at least a little credit, they refunded me with no need to fight for it!
There would be tons of things to say about what we didn't like... The radiator was not working, the AC was not working, the toilet was a tuna box clearly created afterwards and there was almost no privacy (if you fart there, everybody in the room can hear it!).
Maintenance is not optional, especially in a tourist city like Florence!
Dust and dirt everywhere... There was also a SHOE print on the wall, and everything smelled like mould!
Something like that in Rome or Turin would have closed immediately after reporting it to the local ASL (Local Public Health Authority)... in Sweden, it would have never had the opportunity to open instead!
It was a total mess! Spend a couple of bucks to give the place a proper renovation!!
Unfortunately, I can't upload the video of the room I made, so I can only share screenshots from the video, but they might not reflect how bad the conditions were in real life!
The hotel didn't match the pictures fully, they were most likely retouched with photoshop or some sort of AI.
I gave 1 as a rating, because ZERO wasn't an option.

Nothing.
Building is totally abandoned and dirty; elevator did not work and my room was on the 3rd floor,; sewer smell all over.
This place should not be in business. I paid for 2 nights. and believe me, I walked away and preferred to lose my money. I could not sleep in that place with my 3 kids.
Do not waste your money. Pictures are fake.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to the center
The mattress was terrible, it gave me back pain, the shower tube cover was loose and dangerous, the WiFi didn’t work, there was soap or conditioner.

The property had two buildings and one was definitely new than the other. The one we stayed at seems more like a hostel or a college dormitory.
The water in the shower never got hot, the Wi-Fi was poor and in our duplex room, the upper part was hot and there was no fan.

The property is in a good location
Its not worth the price, the mattresses are in a terrible condition and everything in the building is really old. You pay a lot for what you get. We checked out early and went to a hostel for half the price and much better. Algo the keys and the light switch are tied together. If someone stays in the room you have to leave the keys of the outside door or let the person in the dark

Very close to city centre and main attractions, lots of restaurants and coffee places nearby. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check out, with the possibility of leaving your bags before and after.
Driving to the hotel is not the easiest as it's in the ZTL zone (zone of limited traffic), but the staff registered our number plate online so we don't get a fine. Room was large, with nice view and quite clean.
Parking is not near at all, and it's for an extra cost from a different provider/ city parking.
Some of the room decor was quite old and worn out, and some of the tiles in the shower were broken.
We were cold in the night because they only provided a sheet and thin blanket. Not suitable for a winter stay, and there were no extra blankets in the room. A duvet or a thicker winter blanket is needed.

Every day the bed was made and the bin was emptied.
The location of the accommodation is also excellent!
The staff at reception are friendly and fair :)
The only thing we didn't like was the lack of hot water in the shower. But this is only an inconvenience in winter.
There are an unbelievable number of buses on the street, which makes the walls and windows of the accommodation vibrate. It wasn't too much of a nuisance, though, as we only spent the early mornings and evenings/nights at our accommodation. After a tiring day of wandering, it doesn't matter, because you'll fall asleep anyway ;)

I was a little worried after reading the reviews but i think they made some work in their rooms.
Ours was super clean and nice.
The noises from the streets woke me up at night but i dont mind it. Would definitely recommend
