The ceiling is amazing. This is close (10min on walk) from the Ponte Vecchio. Its comfortable. We got everything in the flat what we want.

Lorena was great, she waited for us for the check in and she also allowed us to stay until the afternoon the departure day. The apartment is spacious and very nice. We also liked the area because it is very close to center but not in a crowded street. Great trattorias and pizzerias around. Everything exceptional.

When I was looking for a place to stay in Florence and saw the photos of this property I immediately booked it. I didn't care about the price or location, it looked exactly what I was looking for - authentic historical vibes, magnificent frescoes, antique furniture... When we went there it met and even exceeded all our expectations! It's not only exactly as in the photos but it's also located in the heart of the most magnificent area of the city! Great place to stay in, especially for families!
Please note that there isn't a self-check-in. You have to arrange the key pick-up directly with the host and you have to be prompt.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is on the "other" side of the river, away from large crowds, but just a short walk to the city center. I would highly recommend!

The apartment was excellent. A fabulous size with all the facilities we needed. It was also perfectly located for all the sights. There's a supermarket a 2 min walk away in one direction and a plazzo with a fantastic restaurant 2 mins in the other (try the rissoto!). 5 mins away is the river and all the attractions.
Host was lovely. Everything was super clean. Great value for money!
The electric burner takes a little while to heat up to cook pasta!

Casa Lorena is very near to the most important cultural places: Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, IL Duomo, and Ufizzi. You can reach walking... train station, too.

Very cozy apartment close to all the sights of the historical center of Florence. I didn't use transport so the location is perfect. An old house with a special Italian atmosphere. I especially liked the Renaissance coffer ceiling - a real work of art. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay.
Poor soundproofing, so you can hear everything that happens on the street and in the hallway of the house. But after a tour of the museums of Florence, this did not bother me))

The location is excellent! Close to everything and you don't need to use transportation. The accommodation is very nice, in an old building and the interior is authentic! The host is really responsive and helpful

Really cool vibe and characterful property. Apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need.
You could really hear everything outside on the street or neighbours coming into the property even though the street wasn't busy due to lack of double glazing.

I thought it was a wonderful apartment, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and with a ceiling that was a work of art in itself. It's located away from the touristy areas in a local neighbourhood a couple of streets from Santo Spirito church and square. The owner was very friendly and helpful and maintained effective communication throughout the visit. I would definitely stay in this accommodation again.
There's some building work going on nearby which meant it was noisy during the day but this is just a temporary situation.
