Wonderful
loved the breakfast served in the room. Staff was amazing and provided all the information we requested even dinner reservations, Location to train and the old town was perfect.
The one small thing I would change is the couch in the camel room was very uncomfortable and hard to sit on, (small thing)

An absolute charming hotel. The room was stocked with water, coffee and toiletries. The room we stayed in was done in a classic style. The concierge most helpful. Parking was available on the next street in an indoor garage. Perfect

The hotel is amazing, but the staff take it to another level. Lovely decor and architecture, mixed with modern rooms and utilities is great. The location is fanatastic, as its not super busy or touristy, but close to all the attractions.

The room was gorgeous! It was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable.
The pillows were a little too soft but that’s a personal preference. That’s the only thing I can think of.

I love the owner's taste. The room is full of culture and thoughts. Location is great and close to the train station. The breakfast in bed and superb.

Our suite was gorgeous! The perfect respite from a busy travel day and hot temperatures. It was our favorite hotel we stayed at in Italy. It felt like staying at a chic friend’s home. The in-room breakfast was elegant and delicious. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

From the moment of arriving, Antonio, Paolo, and Edgar were so welcoming. Not only is this hotel in the prime location of Florence; the rooms are absolutely stunning. Breakfast daily is a nice touch where you can eat in the privacy of your room or enjoy it on the communal terrace...the ham and cheese toast is the best in the city! The majority of sites, museums and attractions that Firenze has to offer are within walking distance.
I did not like that I had to leave ... I wish I could have stayed another week!
