Location excelente specially if you travel by train.
No breakfast or service before 7:30. We left at 7:30 and in spite of having paid breakfast no service was provided. Not even offered a minimal take away breakfast.

the room was very large ( I think it was a suite ) , well decorated and overall very confortable.The man in charge , Antonio , very helpful.The breakfast brought to room was excellent .
Its really a " rezidencia ' not an hotel which means there are no public areas , restaurant ,checking in counter or anything of the sort .The first approach is not good .You have to climb a few stairs carrying your luggage ( nobody to give you a hand ) and then into a small closet converted into an elevator .The room that opens into the entrance is beatiful but can be noisy .

It is a little quiet oasis in a very central location. Only a few minutes walking to the train station and very close to the historic city centre.
Attentive staff and quirky yet lovely rooms. Very comfortable.
Since breakfast is served in the room it would be good if there was a small breakfast table for two provided
