the room was very large ( I think it was a suite ) , well decorated and overall very confortable.The man in charge , Antonio , very helpful.The breakfast brought to room was excellent .
Its really a " rezidencia ' not an hotel which means there are no public areas , restaurant ,checking in counter or anything of the sort .The first approach is not good .You have to climb a few stairs carrying your luggage ( nobody to give you a hand ) and then into a small closet converted into an elevator .The room that opens into the entrance is beatiful but can be noisy .

The room is very nice and the location is very good. One staff gave us a bad resturant to
P to eat. The room decrocated really cool. Breakfast in the room was ausome, I only wish they had safe deposit box, sleepers, face towels, and bathrobes. Other than that - perfect. Thank y. E

An absolute charming hotel. The room was stocked with water, coffee and toiletries. The room we stayed in was done in a classic style. The concierge most helpful. Parking was available on the next street in an indoor garage. Perfect

The room was gorgeous! It was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable.
The pillows were a little too soft but that’s a personal preference. That’s the only thing I can think of.

I love the owner's taste. The room is full of culture and thoughts. Location is great and close to the train station. The breakfast in bed and superb.

Our suite was gorgeous! The perfect respite from a busy travel day and hot temperatures. It was our favorite hotel we stayed at in Italy. It felt like staying at a chic friend’s home. The in-room breakfast was elegant and delicious. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Casa Howard was a lovely place to stay — beautifully designed, quiet, and very comfortable. It feels more like a curated home than a typical hotel, with thoughtful decor and a cozy atmosphere. There are lots of special details including the water, coffee, and homemade yogurt that made the stay special.
The staff were helpful and responsive. They kindly arranged to bring us breakfast early for our early museum appointment, which made our travel much smoother. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out.
Hair conditioner wasn’t offered and the shampoo bottle was difficult to get out.

Adorable decorations and a warm feel. A boutique hotel so no place for social gathering but everything was thoughtful.
I wish they would have lotion and bath wash added to the bathrooms.

The property is really classy one of a kind experience you can’t get anywhere else. The rooms and hall are very well designed and decorated. The mattresses are good quality and conditions. The breakfast is also delicious and delivers directly to the bed.

I loved how unique the hotel was, it was very characteristic and every room was decorated differently, it felt like I was staying at a home away from home rather than a hotel. The staff was extremely sweet and welcoming they made us feel at home and always asked us if we needed anything, and the breakfast came to our room, it was great, you are able to choose the time you want it to be delivered and it comes to your door. Overall an amazing experience and now I know exactly where to go whenever I visit Florence.
There was nothing that I did not like everything was amazing.
