The location gives easy access to the best parts of Florence. The decor is tastefully done with all appliances and plumbing in top shape. The proprietor has a great selection of reasonably priced wines and left us some nice treats.
Like every other place in this area, parking is difficult. The nearby garage was well managed.

Great location. Perfect accommodations. Easy access into property. Paid garage was expensive but convenient and worth the money.
The doors to other properties are quite loud when they shut. But it didn’t keep us awake.

Would highly recommend anyone stay here! The host was great and very welcoming. The rooms were so nicely decorated and comfortable that it was hard to leave. A lot of small touches including the welcome box that has info on Florence. The snacks, water and coffee were nice touches. Most importantly after a long day of walking, the bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked wonderfully. Wish we could have stayed a couple more nights. Some of the comments here mention stairs as a concern. If you don’t have an issues walking around Florence for a full day, you should have no problems taking luggage up. If you need help, the host is more than willing. 10/10 would recommend. Property is full of character and charm.
Tip: take a taxi from the train station!

The location…the comfort…the size….the decor. Marco, the owner could not do more for us to make it an enjoyable stay.
The only drawback was the stairs. Not for me, but my husband. There are 4 1/2 flights of stairs to get to the second floor. They did not bother me, but my husband had a bit of trouble with them as he is older. Marco graciously carried our bags up the stairs when we arrived. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who does not mind stairs.

The apartment is gorgeous and located a stone's throw from the Ponte Vecchio yet on a quiet street. It couldn't have been nicer. We met the owner, Marco, and he was so helpful and very nice. If I were to come to Florence again - and I hope I do - I would stay here.
I didn't like that we had only one night there before we had to leave! Our flight back to the US was the next day but I could have easily stayed there for a month.

2-bedroom apartment - Great location, AC unit each room, filter tap water and comfy beds.
Couple nights there were loud party noises around 11 to midnight and I believe our unit is on the 3rd floors si many steps up.

Perfect location to walk out and explore city center.
Great value in terms of space for a family, while hotels can offer only 25m2.
I asked for a crib and got one plus towels, soap and some kids supplements. Very helpful.
Kitchen is fully supplied with pans, dishes, cutlery etc.
5 stairs to apartment can be really exhausting.
Floor was not really clean, my kid had dirty pants after crawling on it.
Air conditioners on both floors broke on a first day. Next day some technicians had to come to our apartment, which is irritating.

The location was great, it was a safe area for female travelers. The property was very spacious with all the needed facilities.
The shower drain was getting clogged after 1 minute so you had to stop the water to let it drain and then continue showering. In addition, it would have been nice to have a bidet in the toilet.

The place is way nicer than what we expected- of course not complaining tho. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen has everything we need. The location is just perfect! Only sigh we have was to walk up two floors of stairs! :D

Alessio was so nice and helpful, he lent me a phone charger and also let me use one of the other rooms before mine was ready, so I could take a work call.

Good
Pros: Very well decorated room with sparking and still water. A comfortable big bed with a side table and a good sized bathroom counter. The room was scented with local fragrances. The manager did let us keep our bags on-site during the day after we checked out which was very nice.
The building was hard to find as it was advertised as a "hotel" but was more of an Airbnb room for rent. There was no 24 hour desk or front entrance when we arrived late at night after our flight. The entry way was very dark at night and it was hard to lug bags up multiple fights of stairs at night in the dark.
