Stately quarters with thoughtful accoutrement, and one won’t be disappointed with the location —a 20-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station with many of Florence’s finest attractions and spacious plazas betwixt.
But the colazione!
Don’t oversleep!

The communication with the host is effective and smooth, he even went out of his way to offer help after his working hours. The location is close to several hot tourist spots and there was a great steak house right across the street. The room is clean and well-organized, for the price with breakfast included, nothing left to be desired.

Overall very pleasant experience. Staff friendly, if there was a question they tried to help as soon as possible. That's definitely a big plus.
It was a room for 3 guests, 1 in half-separated room. Wpuld have been nicer if there is a curtain between the rooms for a bit more privacy, but other than that no complaints.

We loved our room! It was set up for three of us, two adults and a teenager. There is a nice little bit of separation, affording a bit of privacy for the second bed, which was nice. The room was clean and bright, and the bathroom and shower were very nice. Great water pressure for the shower! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, which was a nice bonus to have more than one each. The location is great, an easy walk to the Duomo and the Uffizi. There are so many restaurants within a block or two, plenty of choice! And, there is an excellent pharmacy two door down on the corner if you find that you need something or want to shop for skincare products (and they are very helpful). Breakfast was very nice with warm croissant, cold cheese and meat and hard or soft cooked eggs to order. And of course, very good coffee. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay again when we are next in Florence!

The rooms are very clean. Flavio and his staff are absolutely delightful - you can really feel they genuinely want to make your stay a great one.
Excellent location for seeing the sights with a self serve laundromat less than a block away.
Breakfast is great.
The windows are excellent for minimizing street noise. The only downside would be that you can clearly hear the noise within the building - conversations at the reception desk, the breakfast room, the room next door.

I was visiting my daughter who’s studying in Florence with FSU and chose this hotel as it was around the corner from her apartment. It turned out to be the perfect location overall, less than a minutes walk from Santa Croce and no more than 10-15 minutes walk from all the main Florence attractions. There are also many great restaurants and gelato places in the neighborhood. The staff were super nice especially Flavio and the lady helping with breakfast each morning. She makes a great espresso! Our room was welcoming, very clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the towel rack that kept our towels nice and warm, and loved the Aquaflor diffuser that filled the room with a delightful scent. If we come back to Florence I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

This B&B is truly a little gem and so very well deserved of a glowing review!
The location is absolutely perfect — incredibly close to everything, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. It gave us the best of both worlds: easy access to explore, and a calm retreat to return to at the end of the day.
The property itself is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, with so much charm and attention to detail. Our room was stunning — spacious, airy, and filled with natural light thanks to the many windows. It was tastefully decorated, spotless, and extremely comfortable. We genuinely looked forward to coming back each day to relax and unwind.
Breakfast was good and wholesome and had variety of options — just what we needed to start our mornings feeling energized and ready to explore.
And a special mention to Flavio — he truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly kind, always available to help with anything we needed, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His warmth and attentiveness made all the difference. Simply the best!
Everyone we met who worked at this B&B were very friendly!
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is central. There is a bus stop around the corner and in front of the hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and bright. They even had many umbrellas to lend to guests.

The owner was excellent. He always gave us the best recommendations and was more than accommodating to help us get to our room with a little baby. The location was unbeatable.
There are a lot of stairs and the elevator starts technically on the second floor, but that is Europe. We managed with multiple bags and a baby no problem overall. Would definitely stay there again.
