It was conveniently located and the breakfast was delicious.
The breakfast didn’t start early enough for those of us that have early activities. It would be nice to have breakfast start at 7am or a request for some easy to go toast for the next morning.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, nice clean large room. Staff were happy to let you leave bags after check out to finish exploring. They reached out in advance to coordinate check in which was helpful. Elevator and cold air conditioning on hot days was appreciated!

Beautiful room. Breakfast area was wonderful. Even though we were on a busy street very quiet in the room. Security was great and felt very safe. Manager was great and very helpful. Breakfast staff was attentive and a joy to be around

Everything! This property is amazing and one of the best places I’ve stayed at for a trip. The host and people that worked there were extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. My friend and I stayed here and we are both girls, and felt extremely safe. The room was extremely clean and beautiful, bed was super cozy, and bathroom so clean and big. Location was central and near all the attractions. Breakfast was so cute and fresh. Loved everything. Truly can’t find a complaint.

Wonderful location -- just outside the bustle of the city center, near Santa Croche church, but still well within walking distance of everything. Many LOCAL restaurants close by. We arrived later in the evening and staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating given our later arrival. Very good breakfast included. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends and family

Stately quarters with thoughtful accoutrement, and one won’t be disappointed with the location —a 20-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station with many of Florence’s finest attractions and spacious plazas betwixt.
But the colazione!
Don’t oversleep!

Breakfast was simple but good quality, the location within walking distance of all main sites. Neighborhood is safe.
