We stayed in a safari-style tent for three nights, which was comfortable and well-suited to our needs. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was equipped with a refrigerator and a safe for storing our belongings.
The bathroom was a good size and included a shower, toilet, and sink. We also had a small balcony area where we could have sat and eaten, and there was convenient parking available right outside the tent.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the site and a bus timetable. A bus stops directly outside the accommodation every 30 minutes to an hour and takes you straight into Florence, which was very convenient for us. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the main train station.
There is also a train station about an 11-minute walk away, which we used several times as it is much quicker than the bus. Soap was provided in the bathroom, which was a useful addition.
Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay.
The room did not include a kettle, although one was available from reception upon request. A €20 cash deposit was required, which was refunded upon return. While this is understandable, it did mean we had to withdraw cash from the on-site ATM, which incurred a £5 fee. I would recommend bringing a small amount of cash to avoid this inconvenience.
It would also have been helpful if cups, glasses, or basic drink-making facilities were provided in the room or included with the kettle rental.
Additionally, the shower was not functioning very well, as the hose was leaking and spraying water from below.

Location near the city, with exelent view round. You have a shop, restorant and all you need.

Excellent location 15mins from a train station and 20mins on a bus into the city centre, though these busses are busy! Excellent pool area and shop, chalets are clean and comfy with very good showers
Nothing not to like, pool bar being closed but it was still off season. Still hit 25degrees though so more facilities for snacks and drinks would have been welcome

There were so many things that we liked. The pool and the park for the children. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The beds were only okay, not the comfiest and the pillows were not comfortable at all.

Overall was very good and my experience was positive. They also had a dedicated area for children to play, which was a nice bonus for families.
The breakfast was not worth it at all, as it was the same every day—just eggs and 2–3 types of salumi, with very limited variety. For the price we paid , we could have easily had a much more abundant breakfast outside and cheaper. In addition, there were cleanliness issues—either the cutlery, plates, or trays were often not properly clean.

Insulation. You could hear everything from our "neighbours".
During daytime heat accumulated inside like crazy.
At night, it became cold like a cooler quickly.
The AC was useless as it only operated between 25 and 30°c.

Reception staff were lovely and always very helpful. That made our stay tolerable. The restaurant food was lovely and all staff except one (a young female with long nails and black long hair) were nice.
We booked delux. I’m not sure what was deluxe. The hut was a basic caravan. No privacy for coming in or out of shower - even a curtain would have helped. No iron. You can hire kettle but no cups. Only one toilet roll then you’d to go buy your own. One set of towels for whole 5days never changed. Room Air conditioning didn’t work and although guy came to fix it was faulty again twice. We were literally Frozen at nights and Sweltering during day. Noisy generator outside room 329 all night every night. Only one pillow each. Only one blanket between 3. Covers not enough. Nowhere to hang things when in shower. Tiny toilet area. Bins never emptied. Room never cleaned. Ants. Lizards. Bugs. Windows and walls running with condensation every morning. Clothes damp. Fridge Luke warm. Safe didn’t work. Pools freezing and dirty. No umbrellas at pool. Need coins for vending machines (cards don’t work). Most uncomfortable accommodation weve ever stayed in.
