Customer service was spot on. Very efficient staff, any issues where solved almost instantly. When we arrived the toilet didn’t flush and the shower head was broken. We have a maintenance guy there within 10 minutes and everything was sorted within 30minutes of us speaking to the reception desk.

Hu Firenze camping in town is a pleasant and quiet place, situated about 5 km from Florence city center. The superior chalet that we rented had everything that is needed for a short stay. The possibility for a late check-in was also a plus.

It was just nice! Location wasn’t too bad to get into city centre. It was just a very neat place!
The lodges don’t have a microwave and sounds carries through them very easily.

The location itself is very well connected to the old town of Florence. The compound is very well organized and the accommodation is perfect for short stays. You have everything you need. We were there with our kids and they were very happy with the playground.

Well organised site which is close to Florence. The bungalow was clean and well equipped.
The photos on the website were a little deceiving. The place is smaller than seen on the photos. The WiFi is an open network but requires a lot of person information to connect which I don’t feel comfortable to share.

Easy to get to away from hustle and bustle of centre
No cooking facilities, not even a cup in rooms , can hire a kettle, but have to buy a cup
And tea/coffee
Bed was hard pillow very thin and only 1 each and when asked to change towels was told no , stayed for 6 nights!
