everything was great, it really exceeded my expectations, rooms were clean, had all the facilities you need, staff was great, he let us check in like 40 minutes early, he answered all of our questions (we had a lot ?,because it was our first time visiting florence). you can also buy bus tickets at the reception. would stay there again, totally worth the money.
the only bad thing was transportation, the bus stop was right outside but only 1 bus goes that way and we had to wait like 20-25 minutes for the bus to arrive

The tent is exactly like the photos! Everything is perfect, the bathroom, the room itself are very clean and the AC works perfectly. I've been here 2 times already and will certainly come back. The staff is super welcoming and the location is very good. The bus stop is right in front of the camping. Very quiet place but still with lots of things to do. The pool, the restaurant area and the mini market are also very good options!
Some times the bus is too crowded to come back from the city center and also to go from the camping to the city center. It would be awesome if the camping could arrange some free shuttles to/from city center a few times a day, specially during the peek hours.

This was a fun, off-the-beaten-path stay. My kids really liked this place and it was a great value. The store was very affordable, carried a good variety, and was appreciated as an option for meals. Our cabin was comfortable.
The restaurant was incredibly overpriced and the pool closed in October. I know it’s late in the season, but there was no information on the booking about that and it was a disappointment as the pool area looked fun and there was a hot tub.

Never stayed in camp, but it was surprisingly good. We stayed at a superior chalet, really comfortable, warm (even too much at times - but can regulate temperature) and spacious. Restaurant nearby is also good. There is a small shop for food and essentials. Didn't catch the pool working, but also looked nice.
Transportation is a bit sketchy. First day left early 8:30, so there were not many people at the stop, but second day at 10 AM - there were like a hundred people waiting for the bus, mainly because the bus schedule is not reliable (3 buses didnt come at all). Taxi to the center is about 25 euros.
