Location to the buses to get into Florence. Laundrette, breakfast and information staff great. Quiet and plenty of room, ie not crowded. REALLY helpful reception staff.
Mosquitos ( not your problem but I was bitten a lot), We would have liked it if the bar staff allowed us to speak Italian to order our drinks, they seemed too quick to say they speak English. This was disappointing. We would have like a sweeping brush in your room.

Super helpful check in staff letting us know where everything is including opening times and public transport info. Whole site was exceptionally clean, the rooms we had were great. Also great to have 3 pools on site

Clean modern facilities. Supermarket well stocked. A useful shuttle bus service.
Breakfast was expensive if you aly had a coffee and croissant. But it was good value if you had a big feed!

Loved the market and pool area! Everything was clean and aesthetic.
The air conditioning doesnt go lower than 22 unless specifically requested at the front desk, then it resets once you take your key out to leave.
