I loved the property! So clean and quiet for how many people were there. Very safe and mellow. The pools were great and the market on site was so handy!
The bed wasn’t comfortable and only having one pillow with no extras available was really the only down side of the whole experience

Disappointing
The venue was great and the food very nice. The breakfast was dissapointing and the staff were not very friendly. Even one female staff was rude which was embarrassing with my daughter.
The staff were not friendly, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were non existent. I had asked for more pillows as I had an uncomfortable sleep but was told their was none left.Honestly they just did not care.

The premium apartment was fantastic for 2 people. Very spacious as could use 2nd bedroom to store our belongings and it had great much needed air conditioning.
A kettle would have been nice but we made do.

We really like how clean the whole place was as well as the fact there was everything you needed on site and buses were easy to find. The restaurant was lovely too. The staff were helpful and friendly, lots of space around the pool and lots of sunbeds. Not sure if this would make a difference if it wasn't September.
The placement of our accommodation meant barely any sun through the day or evening and there wasn't really anywhere to sit outside comfortably. Although some of the bigger cabins had much better outdoor seating but this was the only cabin available when we booked.
We struggled a little bit sith one very thin pillow also. And we have found the beds in Italy are very firm.
Also we would of preferred a snack bar where we could easily grab a cheap poolside snack or be able to take it back to our rooms easily without having to go into the restuarant.
