Our stay was excellent. It was the perfect place for families with children. The pool was great, the bungalow was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was fantastic, the bus stops right outside the campsite and takes you directly to the city center and the Duomo. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

A fabulous place. The safari tents are amazing. The aircon makes them feel cool and a great rest from the heat outside. The pools are great and the food is lovely

Accommodation was big for camp site . However avoid the chalets as back onto army facilities which is very noisy. Had to move

Nice clean cabins, enough room for 5 people. My son absolutely loved the pools and pizza served at the local restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We lived in a house. Each house has its own parking space. The camp is very comfortable and has a clear plan. Three swimming pools. A large shop. We were not in the restaurant, so I have no comments. Although we were there in July, when there are really a lot of people, there was enough space for everyone.

Pool was amazing, especially in the heat. Poolside bar, and supermarket were very handy. Accommodation was fun, with excellent AC.
There are some local restaurants off the campsite within walking distance that are so authentically Italian, it was our favourite thing to do in the evening.
There was extreme competition for fresh bread and pastries in the supermarket. If you didn’t go the second it opened you would not get any fresh pastries, and no more were made throughout the day. We were staying at a particular peak time where it was very busy with guests, so I was expecting the supermarket supply to keep up with demand, but they did not cater for this, and everything ran out extremely quickly, especially with guests being greedy and taking more than necessary.
This concept also spread to the on site restaurant. There was no warning to have a booking for the restaurant, and when we showed up, we could not get a table until an hour and a half later. The restaurant is very large and there were a lot of empty tables, but staffing/kitchen demand I think was the issue. With the bookings being known to the staff, I feel like some warning letting us know to book in advance was necessary.
