Very friendly staff, the location is very well connected with the city centre and you can park your car in front of the mobile house.
The room could be cleaner - the beds and the bathroom were great, but some parts were dusty, especially the AC.

Location and services are perfect. Loved the chilling at pools. Everything was fresh and clean in the glamping
The air conditoning was very loud. But without its heating it was very cold at night

The tent is exactly how you see it in the pictures, pretty clean, and has everything you need for a tent, even an air conditioner. Everything else perfectly good.
The location is pretty far from Florence, and the bus is NOT reliable at all, it comes with no schedule so you have to wait next to the bus station, sometimes for almost an hour or more.
There is no shuttle bus from the stay.

We stayed at the tent and it was comfortable and on the great location. In the camp you can find everything (pool, laundry room, market, bars) for great stay. Also the bus stop is in front of the camp to the city center.
Overall everything was good but in some parts of tent it lacked cleanliness.

It was a special stay and the sound of the nearby river was very calming. Had a great sleep there!
The property has the option to contact them via WhatsApp for any issues. However, when we used it because of an issue with the sink we never got an answer. After talking to the reception it was solved immediately though. So either don’t offer this WhatsApp option or don’t leave people on read there please. Otherwise everything was fine and it was only a small inconvenience.

The camping is very nice, clean, looks very new and it has a good location to reach the center of Firenze by city bus (cca 30 min). The bus station is in front of the entrance to the camping site. The house was super clean which we liked a lot, however a little bit too small (for 4) from what we expected although we had two rooms. It you are used to camping and caravans we recommend it, if you are more appartment-like then it might be a little small.

The tent was nice, good size and with nice bathroom. It is place you should choose when you are in the camping mostly for sleeping. Small terrace to enjoy coffee/breakfast, glass of wine. Nice swimming pol area plus decent restaurant.
Queue for a check in was big, 20 minutes wait for a check in is too much, especially due to the fact that there is no waiting room. Bus which is going to the camping from the city is almost always overcrowded, even if it is going every 15 minutes
