The staff are friendly and supportive and the rooms were excellent. Definitely my first choice if I wanted to visit Florence again.

The bungalow is located inside a huge complex that includes a restaurant, a laundromat and a market. The bus station is right in front of the complex. There is hot water, everything is really clean and the staff is really nice, they offer help with everything, from buying bus tickets to buying tickets for museums and such.
The location is a bit far away from the city and the tourist attractions, but well connected by buses and metro. The wifi is really weak (doesn't really work).

We like it. It was clean and tidy, but the room itself was small. It didn’t have kettle and we paid deposit :))
If you have a car and want to stay near Florence, it is wonderful option. City center bus stop is across the road.
Small room. Didn’t clean every day. Washroom didn’t have shelves to fit any of our stuff.
