Never stayed in camp, but it was surprisingly good. We stayed at a superior chalet, really comfortable, warm (even too much at times - but can regulate temperature) and spacious. Restaurant nearby is also good. There is a small shop for food and essentials. Didn't catch the pool working, but also looked nice.
Transportation is a bit sketchy. First day left early 8:30, so there were not many people at the stop, but second day at 10 AM - there were like a hundred people waiting for the bus, mainly because the bus schedule is not reliable (3 buses didnt come at all). Taxi to the center is about 25 euros.

I like the place, very beautiful and relaxing. Renting a bike is perfect to explore around.
The pillows are quiet flat, and the transportation is not on time, but ofcourse they don't have control about italy bus system.

The Location is perfect.The City Florence can reach by Bus. The Bus halt is in front of the Camp. Well organized. Very Clean. The Tents are also clean. We had a issue with the Hot water. They have immediately attend to it and resolved. They have a Super Market, Laundry, Pool etc.The Restaurant Staff is Nice. Every day we had Breakfast there and one time had Dinner. I can recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for having us. Good Luck.

Very nice amenities. Has everything you need for a vacation. Small but comfy and nice.
The mattress and pillows were not super comfortable and doesn’t seem like house keeping comes until you leave. We were only there for 2 days so maybe for longer stays they would come.

The staff was friendly, the place was clean, the yard was equipped with a market and restaurant but for the ones, who wants to see main sightseeings of the city and go out several times per day it is far from city center
Location, only one bus arrives at this place and it never comes according to schedule. You have to be ready that maybe you will spend at least half an hour (sometimes more) just waiting for the bus every morning and evening, and it takes about 30 minutes to reach the city center

I really appreciated how clean, comfortable, and cozy the glamping tent was!
The shower was 10/10! & it was really nice that we could so easily control the air conditioning and lights using a remote.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! She relieved a lot of stress selling us bus tickets & using the map to easily instruct how we will navigate the next morning!
Overall, we booked this place because we believed we would have a rental car & it came with free parking. However, we didn't end up getting the car (you need an international license in Italy to rent.

Wonderful
The facilities are really nice and super clean. The staff is very friendly and the shop is very helpful and fairly affordable. It helps that the public transport is super easily accessible from here. I would really, really recommend this accommodation for all who travel. The price is also very good.
The tents next to the river are really cold.

The place was amazing, the staff was very nice and the food was great. We received a very nice and clean cabin. The place had all the necessities we needed including a supermarket a restaurant and a laundromat.
One or two of the attractions are no longer available and the breakfast could use a little bit more variety.

Location! Pool! Restaurant and market! Front staff! Being able to purchase bus tickets from staff. Bud was right across street
We rented a cabin. Hot water didn’t stay warm and no tv
Or WiFi except in common areas. There are TWO of these camps. We went to the wrong one and it was hard to get to the other one w/o a car
