We travelled with 2 small kids and they just loved the place. Its a huge property with vast space. The check-in was smooth and the reception staff very kind. The rooms were very small but somehow we felt very cozy as it had just everything you need for a tourist. Its 30 mins away from the city but has a bus every 20 mins from the doorstep. There are a lot of facilities like laundromat, bicycle rent, coffee vending machine, tour packages, swimming pool, kids play area, super marker and very good restaurant.
There is nothing really I could mention that I didn't like because everything was really good. If I'm picky then it could be that on the day of the check out we had to leave at 6.30 am so we asked for packed breakfast and they agreed. During checkout, the reception guy had no clue about this because the person from the previous shift had not mentioned about it. So, we had to travel hungry and it was a small disappointment.

The only good thing about it is the location near the bus station, other than that no.
1) I booked because there was a bidet (shattaf) advertised in the pictures. Upon arrival, our room didn’t have one and the CS told us ALL of there rooms didn’t have it. Only to discover later there are rooms with it and they just lied.
2) Our room was FULL with bugs, snails, and spiders. It was literally a nightmare.
3) They only provided one paper towel roll and no shampoo/ shower gel/ or anything.

The local bus that took you to and from central Florence, was conveniently located outside the property. It offered pretty good facilities.

Market, restaurant, and pool.
Check in and out was very slow, I waited 15 min just to hand someone a room key. I wish there were more people to help speed that process up. I also was disappointed that the pool is only open until 6 pm.

Very nice clean facility with bus stop at the entrance. Laundry, nice restaurant and marker at the facility and big swimming pool.

Good clean room. Everything was well run and organised. Very good onsite restaurant and shop. Bus at the gate into town.
Would have loved to have been able to make a hot drink in our room.

Surprinzingly quiet, relaxing place on the shores of Arno river away from tourist noise even though it seem to be full some days (May). Easy access to the historical attractions. Compact tiny cabin even if ours was the "challet", the best they had. The outdoor table on the front patio was a nice extra to expand our quarters. Unfortunately for us, it rained a little every day and the patio cover was not rain proof. Amazing pool for the hot days. We highly recommend!
