It was romantic, easy, comfortable, beautiful.
This isn’t the camps fault but the damn buses. I can imagine when people have a car this is perfect accommodation. However if you don’t have a car, the buses from 11 am are all 25-45 minutes late - or they just get cancelled. The only bus stop is the only public transport option from camp to Florence - and nothing can correctly tell you when to expect the bus 14 - not google maps, not city mapper and often not even the physical display at the bus stop. Often all of them show different time

Clean, comfortable
We have to leave to the airport at night, so there was only two option how to get to the city centre at night: on foot or very overpriced taxi (50€ per 15min)

The staff was friendly overall.
They have a rule where they only clean the room (changing towels and bedsheets and taking out the trash can) only if you stay at least 7 nights which is way too much. I would have understood for 4 nights, but 7 is way too much. Our trash was full and considering the heat outside we were showering at least 2 times a day, especially after coming from the pool so the towels also needed changing bit they blatantly refused...

Everything was just lovely,the location,quite and private just like home,the bus station over the street was wonderful, every 15 min.arrivals and departures...we will definitely comeback hier!
In the bungalow deluxe was a mini frigo and not a mini frige!!! It would have make a huge difference and if there were something to make the ants stay away in the mini garden ,would have been perfect!!but all in all we enjoyed our staying and the location was perfect!!for visiting the town!
