We were only there for one night. Initially we loved the concept with the different types of bungalows and trailer park. They are very strong with processes, all is organized and clean and there’s good space for parking your car next to where you stay and a nice restaurant.
Unfortunately, we underestimated the cold weather at night and by the time we realized it and tried to turn the AC on Heat, it wasn’t working and pushing cold air, it was too late at night to get help from a staff member so we ended up being very cold all night!
Additionally, there are hundreds of mosquitoes, store was out of repellant, we got so many bites.
I think it should have been better had we done more research.

Hu Firenze is easily accessible from central Firenze. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Excellent lunch buffet - very good value for money. Staff VERY friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a deluxe bungalow. Clean, large room with plenty of storage, a fridge and good shower. It was quiet. Much cheaper than staying in Florence. Buses to Florence frequent and stop outside campsite but very busy so you might be standing for most of the jorney. Rail station about 850 m away. Pools looked clean. We had a dip, water was a little cold for us, but it was end of September. Others happily swimming.
No kettle.

Everything was incredible! Lovely cabin, swimming pool , restaurant & supermarket all on site. Room was clean and staff are really friendly and helpful

Convenient for travel into Florence. Parking was good. Handy to have small supermarket and restaurant on premises.
The pool closing so early, after hot days in Florence.

Pleasant
Excellent base for visiting Firenze and the surrounding areas, especially if you have a car. The pools are nice, although they are stupidly only open between 11-18.
The pools open at 11:00 and close at 18:00 during "low season" even when the place is fully booked and packed with people.

Fabulous accommodation, pools are great ans staff so helpful. Room was excellent and location with bus stop good for Florence. Lovely atmosphere.
Pool shutting at 1800hrs was a bit early.
