A large, spacious cottage, clean. Quick check-in and check-out. Very helpful staff – they quickly solved the issue with the air conditioning not working by offering another cottage.
The shop is only moderately stocked with fruit and vegetables – after a few days, most fresh products were gone, likely due to infrequent deliveries. Getting to the city centre by bus can be difficult, as services are irregular or significantly delayed (around 45–60 minutes). The bus stop is also often very crowded.
As for attractions for children, there are not many – there is a small playground available, but there is a lack of additional facilities, including swimming pool attractions.

The facilities, like the swimming pool at the camp is fantastic. It was great to explore Florence in the morning, and then swim and spend time with our child there in the afternoon. It was also so easy for us to upgrade to a bigger unit - the staff was very helpful and accommodating!
Unfortunately we struggled with hot water the entire time during our stay - even after the staff came to fix it. We also did not have any trash bins in our unit.

Bus service was exceptional--right across the road from the campground. Our tent was like new--very comfortable.

Fantastic place for a family holiday. Camping has excellent facilities, swimming pools are fantastic and well mantained, restaurant with good food. Bus to go to city centre in 20-30min depending on traffic

loved hiring bikes and cycling into Firenze. The swimming pools were fabulous.
