The staff made this experience better. The info point staff members, Jessica and Giacinta helped us get tickets ? to museum and assisted in visitation planning for this weekend and possibly for our return trip in November.
The restaurant was unorganized just like two years ago. The outside dining areas wasn't tidy in the a.m. for breakfast. The staff assisting customers appeared unorganized as they often forgot orders. A simple section assignment for workers can organize the workload each person has. Smoking even outside should be regulated as not everyone desire to inhale second hand smoke just because one particular table has completed their meals. Staffers approved smoking ? after meals without giving courtesy to other guest.

We travelled with 2 small kids and they just loved the place. Its a huge property with vast space. The check-in was smooth and the reception staff very kind. The rooms were very small but somehow we felt very cozy as it had just everything you need for a tourist. Its 30 mins away from the city but has a bus every 20 mins from the doorstep. There are a lot of facilities like laundromat, bicycle rent, coffee vending machine, tour packages, swimming pool, kids play area, super marker and very good restaurant.
There is nothing really I could mention that I didn't like because everything was really good. If I'm picky then it could be that on the day of the check out we had to leave at 6.30 am so we asked for packed breakfast and they agreed. During checkout, the reception guy had no clue about this because the person from the previous shift had not mentioned about it. So, we had to travel hungry and it was a small disappointment.

The only good thing about it is the location near the bus station, other than that no.
1) I booked because there was a bidet (shattaf) advertised in the pictures. Upon arrival, our room didn’t have one and the CS told us ALL of there rooms didn’t have it. Only to discover later there are rooms with it and they just lied.
2) Our room was FULL with bugs, snails, and spiders. It was literally a nightmare.
3) They only provided one paper towel roll and no shampoo/ shower gel/ or anything.

Check in and out was very slow, I waited 15 min just to hand someone a room key. I wish there were more people to help speed that process up. I also was disappointed that the pool is only open until 6 pm.

Good location in a quite district, close to the city center,
Poor noise isolation of camp cabins and noisy air-conditioners outside the cabin. The air conditioner heat exchange unit made significant noise and I was hearing it at night. However the camp changes these old cabins for a new type and (I believe) the old noisy air-conditioners will be replaced soon as well.

Closeness to Florence. Free parking. Market and restaurant on site. Close to bus station
We bought tickets for the accademia and it would have been helpful to know that we needed to find the meeting point with a particular company to exchange the tickets to have access to the museum. Took a lot of wandering and asking questions. If the staff had pointed that out and circled the meeting point it would have been very helpful
